Los Novillos

I've dined at nearly every restaurant in Roswell, and this particular establishment's cuisine was exceptionally delicious. Interestingly enough, this is the first time I am actually writing a food review. Also, the atmosphere of the restaurant, adorned with rustic decor and featuring two magnificent bullheads mounted on the walls, added a touch of Western charm that enhanced the dining experience.

I am so glad we came here to eat! We read the reviews and saw the 3.9 rating and were hesitant. This food was delicious! Despite the locals giving us the stare down when we came in, we enjoyed our dinner. The Salsa and warm chips , the delicious red enchilada sauce and the amazing Chili Rellenos and not to mention the Homemade Corn Tortillas! Food was the BOMB! Open one in Denver, CO please! These Chicanos got down, nice way to end our Roswell trip! Thanks for delicious eating!

All the food we ordered was so good and fresh made. Service was also awesome! Will definitely go back!

Best Mexican food I've had in Roswell so far!! The menudo was clean with fresh pesoles and perfect seasoning and I loved the salsa with just the right heat.I will be going back to try the steak because the prices are so reasonable.

I only wish dine in is acceptable because #LosNovillos restaurant is welcoming, great customer service, genuine hospitality and a lovely scenery. This was a very fulfilling soup dish. 10 out of 10 🤤😉😋

Excellent food, decent staff. Food portions are great, but beware if you're craving salsa and chips, it isn't plentiful if you're dining in and if you have a carry out order they charge wire a bit extra for chips and salsa. Other than that, simple and delicious fare!!

Waitress was nice & attentive. She came out with the plate to ask me how cooked I like the tripitas, plate was perfect. This place is very clean, food is always delicious, & they just make you feel at home. Chips & salsa are good too.

The best Mexican food in town! This place gets a lot of hate for the speed of service here but i was able to get in and out in 40 minutes with a party of five at noon on Saturday. Prices are reasonable for the quality and include chips and salsa so good you'll eat the whole basket. Do yourself a favor and get the carne asada tacos or burrito. Please note the chimichangas are good, however resemble more of a smothered burrito and not what you'd find at Allsups.

Great atmosphere friendly service even visiting the drive thru they were kind enough to let my son go inside to use the restroom. Very friendly staff

Definitely give this restaurant a try. It is the best restaurant I have tried in a very long time. Every plate that was ordered had good flavor and great presentation. They are very clean and the waitresses are very tentative.

Great Mexican food for a great price. My husband and I frequent this place often and almost always eat for under or around 20 dollars. They have a nice little butcher shop in the back as well that has fresh cut meat every day.

There Mexican food was delicious and tasty. I had sirloin steak tacos with rice and beans. The salsa was great too. My husband had a chile relleno plate and he said they were delicious.
