This company has been nothing short of utterly astounding and hands down the BEST real estate company I have ever dealt with (and I used to work for one!). I listed my house originally with another company in town. They had it for 6 months and let it fall into disarray outside, never informing me of what happened and the yard needing upkeep, as I live far away. I moved it to another realtor, who came recommended. She had it for 6 months. In that time, the roof sustained damage and there was a horrendous leak in the roof and ceiling. She never called and informed me. Both of these realtors just let my house sit. I was beyond upset. I go to Google. I find this company. I send an email asking about renting and/or selling my home. I had a response the same day. Queue Bill Davis and Linda Kirk - these 2 are the most professional, patient, honest, and hardworking folks I have ever come into contact with in the real estate business. I tell them what previous agents have done with my house. The first day, they call me to inform me of what has happened with my home ... and they arrange to have it repaired straight away! No nonsense. No runaround. Interior roof is fixed. Linda and Bill arrange open houses. They find a buyer in about 45 DAYS. That was stupendous for me. They arranged everything. All I had to do was sign documents and it was done. These folks were excellent at staying in contact, keeping me updated, and making the selling process painless. There isn’t a single real estate place in Roswell that I would have ever recommended to anyone, until now. Bill and Linda - thank you! If you need agents that work hard (including nights and weekends, as I even got contact to my late night calls/emails!), you want these people. I cannot put into words how much they did for me and how easily they sold my house. I highly recommend them to anyone in search of not a good real estate agent, but GREAT ones!

Lety Lopez- is a wonderful realtor. She is very knowledgeable and professional and great at giving us tips on how to stage. It made for beautiful pictures of our house which helped with the sell. And her color flyers were gorgeous. I would definitely use her again.

Her communication and honesty were just what I was looking for. She worked very hard to gather interest in the house, and that brought a buyer! She was able to have more people come look at the house than three agents at two other companies combined!
