Kevin and team went above and beyond. What I anticipated as a simple swap out of existing faucets and handles for my shower and tub ended up being more involved. He also increased our water pressure which was way below standards and will make everyday better. And when he went to check the pressure via my outside house he discovered that the spigot pipe had burst and replaced it before any real damage occurred to our house. Thank you!

Kevin and Rex were a huge help when the business I work for had a water heater meltdown. They were able to get in the day-of to diagnose the issue, and after finding that there was a short in the motor, they called around and found a replacement piece - in Denver no less. Rex drove down and picked it up, and they were able to install the piece and fix the issue on that exact same day.

The price tag wasn't super cheap, but the fact that they were willing to go all the way to Denver and back, and able to get everything back up and working on the same day was huge for my business so we didn't have to shut down for more than a few hours. Thank you, Kevin and Rex!

Terra came out and helped us with our shower today. The shower diverter valve was not working anymore and she was extremely knowledgeable about the parts in our home considering they’re extremely old. She did think a problem we could be having is our water pressure in our home could be too high, we will be taking her recommendations in putting in a water pressure regulator to help prevent any more issues from happening. She was able to fix our water diverter easily and swiftly today. I will 100% be bringing her back for any issues we have in the future. Rex’s plumbing has been my go to company and it’s extremely nice having an extremely thorough and honest women such as Terra on their crew. She didn’t try to oversell me on anything and got exactly to the point of the issue. Well done, Terra! Thank you so much!

I called Rex’s because the city tagged me for an old water heater installed without a permit. Rex’s responded to my problem quickly. Kevin, their Master plumber, pulled the permit and did all the improvements required to meet the latest codes. All done faster than expected and very professionally. They are an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

The original cast iron T pipe started leaking. Turns out prior owners , probably in the century prior, had patched it on the top... And the patch disintegrated and gave way... Clogging the waste pipes in the process. I know this wasn't a little patch job but more than likely the replacement of what was left of the cast iron and lead toilet flanges. So I called Rex's plumbing. They've performed boiler and hot water baseboard work for me in the past and I've always been satisfied. This job was no different. Their plumber Brian showed up, we discussed the issues and solutions, and he got right to work... Very happy with the work performed at a fair price and within the estimated time frame too! What contractors do that anymore? Not many. I'll continue to use Rex's for all my homes plumbing needs.

Can't thank Rex's Plumbing and Heating enough for taking care of an emergency hot water heater replacement for us! They were at the property within a couple of hours, gave us a fair estimate, and hot water was up and running by that afternoon. My first time for Rex’s Plumbing but what a great experience. Terra Griffith was my technician and was superb! We replaced a kitchen faucet and she came in and gave me a solid estimate for her time/labor and went about her business professionally and efficiently. Rex is fortunate to have aomeone of her skill set and demeanor, very customer oriented by presenting us various price and repair options. Eli and Cody were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Their office also helped me in communicating the issue to my insurance. Awesome experience! Well, my air conditioner needed servicing, and this summer is hot! They had availability same day and the gentleman, Kevin, was phenomenal. When he was finished my furnace looked brand new and my house is nice and cool. The entire staff from the office manager to the owner are caring and dedicated individuals! Two good experiences with Rex's - they have installed a pressure regulator and a Navien tankless water heater at our house. Both installations are working well (although the Navien was just installed yesterday, so will update if anything changes). They've been communicative and relatively prompt; the installations have both gone well and been clearly explained. Will keep bringing them out for sure.

We needed major work done to replace leaking radiators, during this past cold snap. Kevin Mallett is very good to work with because he is very experienced and knowledgeable, and ensures the work is done right, and within the estimated time frame.
