Great experience. We were able to upgrade and had no issues at all. A follow up call from Tom to ensure no problems was nice as well.

Taking the phone off the hook for 3 days cause your busy is a poor business practice, left a message and never received a call.

Walk in and no one even makes eye contact. Buy a thousand dollars worth of supplies, and listen to the boss and his son complain on the way out the door. Done with this shop. Martz supply in Denver will deliver daily to plumbers in summit county. Much better service from Martz Supply!

Zero customer service. Asked if they could recommend a local plumber and they said all the plumbers were busy.

When I said it’s no rush, and asked again if they can recommend someone, they said you can Google or check the phone book.

Poor service, I've dedicated 35 years to the trades, there is no reason for the condescending attitudes.

I enjoy the inventory and 99% of the staff is awesome. There's a counter kid who continues to be real smart. Makes fun of customers all the time.

I’ve never experienced such un-professional customer service, each and every time I walked into this place. As a homeowner/builder all of the personnel there treated me as if I should know every part & its location within the store. Absolutely 100% rude. They all seemed to get a kick out of being less than helpful and noone took responsibility for any form of assistance. They didn’t know me by first name, so I was just an easy target.
