The Still Whiskey Steaks

I made a reservation here for my daughter to celebrate her birthday. I requested they announce her birthday or something, and they sure did. She loved it! Matt was loud and proud and really made her feel welcomed and celebrated.

On top of that she loved the food and the service was top notch. They ordered the rib eye, green chili mac, brussel sprouts. Then the dessert was a salted Carmel lava cake which was amazing!

Great place, great food, and great service.

There is absolutely no equal on the front range when you demand the best. The folks here are absolutely at the top of the game. Service is heartfelt and on point, their selection of scotch is wonderful and challenging, the bar is knowledgeable and provides excellent pairing suggestions on request. The kitchen produces absolutely delightful meals that are balanced and thought out, not to mention cooked to perfection. I could not recommend this establishment more highly, do yourself a favor and eat here.

This steakhouse was fantastic. I look at Google reviews when I travel and chose this place based on the reviews. I'm glad I did. The filet was amazing and the whiskey was great. Very nice atmosphere. The staff was great from the hostess to the servers and bartenders. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great steak in FOCO.

One of the most enjoyable meals out we've had this year. Wife and I were able to get seats at the bar on a busy Saturday night (make a reservation ahead of time if possible).

I had the elk tenderloins rare, and it was some of the most tender and tasty meat I can ever remember. Wife had the salmon and loved it. We split some garlic mashed potatoes, which were also great. I think the restaurant probably just put our plates back on the shelf since we cleaned them so well. Could not get enough!

Service was friendly and as fast as you could hope for as busy as they were. Love this place, with the deep wood smells and the great food. Upscale but not pretentious, wear what you like but get treated to a 5-star experience.

We visited The Still Whiskey Steaks in 2017 and absolutely loved it. The food has haunted us since then. We decided to fly back out this year to celebrate our anniversary. Sadly, we got news that my father-in-law had passed away the morning we were planning to come to Still Whiskey. We couldn't get a flight home until the next day so we went to Still Whiskey anyway. We are probably the only couple they've ever hosted who cried all through their "celebration" visit. The staff was so kind to us. The hostess offered her condolences. Our waiter kicked butt taking care of us and making sure we were well attended. The food was just as fantastic as we remember it being. Visiting Still Whiskey was the one bright spot to a very difficult day, and we can't thank the staff enough for giving us such attentive care.

One of our go-to restaurants for great food in town. It's always great and the service is always friendly and laid back. Love the atmosphere. I used to always get the steak, but recently I've been getting the burgers and sandwiches and they are great, too. Every time my father visits town, he insists we come here.

The staff are exceedingly nice, as I’m come to expect in Fort Collins 😆 I sat at the bar and had a really great experience.

The drink menu is quite extensive and Frank recommended a whisky flight for me which was really great. The wines were also quite nice. Very smooth.

I had the rib steak with the bone marrow butter on it which was really nice and rich. Brought out the flavour quite a bit. The steak was cooked well and the fat rendered nicely. As a side, the jalapeño cream corn was not very spicy but it was quite tasty! A real treat and not something I would normally order.

The place itself has a lot of seating including an upstairs dining room and and outdoor patio. The vibe is very blended between traditional steakhouse vibe with the wood and a modern feel being a more open concept.

Had a really nice time and would highly recommend checking this place out.

Coming here was easily the highlight of my vacation. To start - we made a mistake with our reservation yet the staff moved things around to fit us in. Above and beyond service before even sitting down. As for the food, the steaks are incredible and the sauces they come with are so good. We had the Elk Tenderloin which was so tender it literally melts in your mouth. The fruity sauce it comes with wasn’t my favorite though, I’d probably sub for something else next time. The creole risotto was so flavorful and I was not expecting to like it as much as I did. Their fillet was also a great choice and pretty reasonably priced. As for sides, mashed potato was exactly what you’d expect but the mac and cheese came out a little cold. The jalepeno corn cheese was really good and I’d probably get it a second time. The dinner rolls were decent but nothing mind blowing.

Absolutely amazing meal and drinks! We celebrated my husbands birthday, he got the Wagyu and it was insanely good! Like almost makes you want to cry it was so good. Obviously it’s a good cut but they cooked it perfectly! Completely worth the price. Also had bacon wrapped filet mignon, green chili Mac and cheese, brussel sprouts, and banana fosters cheesecake. Everything was so delicious. The nitro old fashioned’s are so fun to try as well. Thank you to our wonderful waitress and everyone at the Still for such an enjoyable and memorable meal! Might even be our fav meal ever, so thank you!!!

Was greeted by Sean, he was super nice and knowledgeable in the menu! He did not rush me as this was my first steak and whiskey adventure! I felt good leaving as my belly was fully and drinks were good! Sean was a good server and I appreciate his kindness!

The best steakhouse in town. Perfect atmosphere. Amazing staff. Delicious food. Cater to any special event. Cocktails that are off the chart delicious. Staff so courteous and kind. Owners and managers are always present. I’ll always be a regular OG of the Still. Simply put - the best!!!

Devon and the staff were wonderful! I had my birthday dinner here and it was fantastic! The service was perfect, the food was delicious and everyone enjoyed themselves!! The staff went out of the way to make it a great evening! I loved the options, they had something for everyone. Even mocktails and gluten free. I can't wait to go back for a ribeye, loaded baked potato and bananas foster cheesecake!

Amazing. Just amazing. The food is awesome and the staff is nice. It is partially a bar so it can be loud sometimes, but the food and customer service makes it worth it. They gave my husband and I a free dessert for our anniversary and were very kind.

This was our first time eating here while we are visiting from Georgia. What an amazing place and an incredible menu! The service was over the top wonderful and the food was even better! The attentive server made sure we had everything we needed and everything was cooked to perfection. I've rarely had a restaurant experienced this good! We tried the meat pile appetizer which was incredible with pieces of filet, crusty bread and a delicious chimichurri sauce. I had the sirloin with shrimp, my daughter had the trout and son-in-law had the aged ribeye which literally melted in your mouth. The boys also tried a flight of whiskey which they really enjoyed.
I can't recommend this place any higher or I would! If you haven't tried this place already, don't wait! It is delightful 🙂 We can't wait to go back every chance we get 💜

The steak? Well if you don’t order a steak it’ll be a missed steak (mistake…dad joke). It’s amazing!

The fries are great too.

The server (Noah) was seriously accommodating and is probably better than most any restaurant deserves. He also has impeccable taste.

Here comes desert. I’m pretty sure it’s bomb too.

Anyway stop screwing around with chains and come here.

We had a fantastic dinner this evening; Short ribs, sliced fillet and Ribeye all cooked perfectly. Our server Shelby is truly an ambassador of your brand; super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and wine list and she made the entire experience memorable! I recommend this place to anyone looking for a great evening in Ft Collins!

Went to Still Whiskey Steak to celebrate my husband's birthday. The food was good, an unexpected bonus was the "super manly" fiery dessert my husband received at the end of our meal. The staff and service was definitely on point!

Went here on a whim for drinks with friends. Our waiter (for the life of me I can't remember his name but he's the one with the dimple, the great smile, and the movie star voice) was exceptional. After our first round of drinks I asked him to do something similar to what I had but different. Each one he made was delicious!! We had a discussion with him about appetizers and he recommended 'The Meat Pile.' While it sounds far from appetizing and comes with a hefty price tag ($50) it was very, very yummy. The meat was flavored perfectly and was oh so delicately tender. From what the rest of the group said the dinner rolls were very good as well. I would definitely recommend this place. The atmosphere gives you that woodsy, rustic feel and the food is scrumptious!

These are some of the best steaks you will ever have! The steaks are so juicy and tender, and the service is awesome! The restaurant is so cool and I highly recommend it!
