I have stayed here over 25 times and it's still always a good vibe checking in and heading to the room to relax after a day skiing the local resorts. The staff is always friendly and helpful, never a bad conversation to be had there. In regards to rates, it can be a little pricey during surge dates but that can be expected, otherwise they are a good value for the location, space, room, and general quality of the place.

Really awesome views from most rooms, and you are not too far from Keystone Resort, with shuttle services also being offered. The Lodge has a great pool and hot tub area, with a substantial fitness room as well. Really awesome vibe swimming in the heated outdoor pool with the sun down and a snowstorm coming in.

The location does have a small snack shop at the check in area, and they do have a nice restaurant downstairs, but it does have resort prices, so prepare your wallet. There are a few nice restaurants and bars that are better local choices in my opinion. Sometimes they have offered me a free drink ticket for the bar downstairs as well, which is a great little perk they have started to include.

I have been here when the days are slow and lazy, and also when it's a total blizzard and a family of seven from Miami is having a traumatic meltdown. Staff stays positive, awesome throughout the range of energies, and help make the place all the better.

Great views, great staff, great location. Just prepare for the long arm of Vail Resorts owned properties to get you for more money than you'd probably want to spend. But hey, the location is dog friendly, so its always cool meeting some four-legged friends in the elevator lobby.

Spent a week at Keystone Lodge and it far exceeded our expectations. I was travelling with a friend and we had a room with 2 queen beds and balcony. The room was spacious with plenty of room for all of our ski gear, and complimentary ski valet was available so all we had to do upon heading to the base area was ask for our skis and they were brought to us. The room came with complimentary robes which was great for the short walk to the outdoor hot tub. The bathroom had heated floors which was an unexpected bonus. The concierge service was excellent and though the resort has a shuttle the lodge offers its own car service to and from anywhere in the Keystone Resort, we never waited more than 5 minutes for a ride anywhere on site with very friendly drivers! We had a wonderful stay and loved everything about Keystone Resort and the Lodge!!!

We came here for the 2nd time and love it there. We usually get a studio with a kitchenette and it works fine for us.
The shuttle to the slopes is super convenient, gym, pool and jackoozi are also available. The kitchenette is equipped with what is needed.
We also like the ski area. Slopes are nicely groomed, wide and we usually go at the end of the season therefore there are fewer people.

We stayed at the Keystone Lodge and Inn and everyone was so friendly, especially given the fact that i-70 was closed both ways and there was an influx of people looking for hotel rooms. Our room was on the ground floor and they seemed to be having heating issues, which was a bummer since it was -15 outside, but considering the circumstances we were just happy to have a room. John with the valet team was amazing. He was so friendly and jumped to take/pick us up from the mountain. The guys working at the TenderFoot restaurant bar that night were so kind, as was the gentleman who was working in the spa. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to people coming to Keystone!

Nice place, they keep it all clean. Comfortable to visit with kids.
Front desk and all staff are really nice and helpful.
Short drive to multiple ski resorts.
Definitely will recommend a friend to visit here.

Location: Very easy access right on Hwy 6. Parking is across the highway and you have to walk in a tunnel under the highway to get back and forth to your car. Which is fine, but got a bit old after four or five trips.
Rooms: Spacious and very clean, but needs updated. You can tell the property hasn't been remodeled in a while. Bathrooms were very clean and other than being outdated, we have no complaints.
Service: Check in was quick and friendly, but I don't like the early check out (10am) and late check in times (4pm) - Makes it a bit inconvenient when traveling. Front desk service was friendly and mostly accommodative. The lobby and deck were nice; we enjoyed the fire pit. The outdoor pool was heated and it was nice having access to two hot tubs (inside and outside). I really can't comment on value, because we were in town for a wedding (block of rooms) in the "off season" (September), so I'm not sure how much rooms cost normally.
Overall, a good stay. We enjoyed our time at the property. I would recommend it.

Absolutely stunning! The heated pool, swimming under the stars, the warm robes, oxygen Bar and beds. Everything was amazing. Seriously best stay ever! We got a room with a balcony and it was so stunning!

This is such a beautiful hotel located in a secluded place 2 hours away from Denver. The hotel provides shuttle service to and from the DEN airport.

The scenery near the hotel is absolutely stunning with a mirror-like lake, snowy mountains and flowing clouds. There are shops surrounding the lake nearby the hotel which is easily accessible. There are also hiking trails (the lake loop itself is one!) and you can even go up to Dillon Lake. The lake loop is dog friendly with poop bags.

The hotel is thoughtfully decorated. It provides spa service, a swimming pool, gym, cafeteria, conference room, etc.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the valet, they were super nice, welcoming and helpful. Checking in was also the same. (I forgot to get everyone’s name to put in the post. )
We got to our room and it was very clean and inviting. We did find a pair of sneakers in the balcony and took them to the front desk when we were returning the baggage cart. They offered to switch us rooms and everything. Great customer service! We ate at the Bighorn after getting settled in, great atmosphere and the staff there was also amazing! On check out the next morning, the staff again was very helpful and kind.

The lodge seemed very clean and well kept and the staff was amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Just an awesome experience!

To the staff, thank you for what you do!

Loved this unique stay! All the rooms are facing away from the road which is nice however makes for a *long* walk from your car (which you need to take a tunnel to get to) to your room.

It’s a very interesting layout with the lobby being on the 5th floor and most rooms being below that! I really dug it!

One of the draws to stay at this location was the nearby café, I will say that we were highly disappointed in that and had to go elsewhere when we were hoping to be able to walk to breakfast.

They also had a really cool customizable flavored water (sparkling or still) dispenser in the lobby!

The room was comfy, the patio was great! Loved walking along the River behind us. Sad that the gondola was not running even tho I called and was told it was. Only reason we came to Keystone. 🙁

Not a single complaint. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice amenities such as a heated outdoor pool, outdoor and indoor hot tub, sauna.... ten times better if you are lucky enough to see it snow! :)

Stayed here on a weekend ski trip, and it was delightful! The facility is a bit dated, and the layout is certainly unique, the staff made it into a five star+ experience. I was injured while skiing and the staff really went the extra mile, and then some! They took excellent care of me while I waited for my family to finish their skiing. Helped with packing to go home, and made sure I was happy happy Happy! I really felt good staying here with these people.

We stayed here for 2 nights and it was great. The room was big enough for our family of 5 and the view was amazing. Customer service was great always polite and helpful. I did my research before booking so I was aware of the restaurants being close for remodeling.

I had a pet friendly room, which had a door directly to the outside which was awesome. Room was clean and large. Pool and spa were great. Shuttle service was quick and fantastic, especially the driver Tom.
Only complaint was the front desk wasn't very knowledgeable about the hotel or accommodations or services available.
This was my second time there and I'll definitely go back

They left a full bag of trash in our room at one point. Other than that it’s an awesome place!

I spent the day at the spa yesterday and it was wonderful. It started out with the ease of free valet parking. Then I was welcomed and shown all the amenities in the spa. I enjoyed a workout in the gym, hot tub, steam room and dry sauna. Then I spent some time in the lovely relaxation area before my treatment. Comfortable loungers, tea, snacks. I really enjoyed my detox scrub and massage from Steve. A thoroughly pampering treatment. The locker room was fully equipped with everything I needed to clean up at the end of my day. I would highly recommend this!

This review is in regards to the Dinner/ Sleigh Ride. All I can say is that it’s a wonderful experience. We have done it before except without dinner. However, this time around our daughters are older and we included their significant other on Our family vacation and had a blast!!! The dinner and staff were simply Amazing and I highly recommend the experience. Food was delicious and the entertainment was awesome.
