Spring Creek Laundry

Spring Creek Laundry has new machines. It is clean, well lit, safe, and is staffed with people who are helpful. I appreciate the spaces for sorting and folding clothes.

A few days ago, someone left a small wrapped piece of chocolate in a pocket. The candy wedged out of sight in the back of a dryer. I was the next person to use the machine. The chocolate melted, leaving several spots on my clothes. The owner immediately answered my phone call. She promptly sent someone to clean the chocolate out of the machine and provided me with stain remover and coins to re-wash and dry my clothes. I am highly impressed with the professional way the owner handled this issue, and I will definitely be back with my laundry in the future.

Great place to do laundry!! The staff is super friendly, I was was treated very nice by the owner who went out her way for me. There are 2 restaurants here while you wait for your clothes to dry . Prices are very reasonable.

I just came here today in search of a new laundromat after several poor experiences at others, and this was exactly what I was looking for. For starters, the machines are all new, work well, are reasonably priced, and there are plenty of them. Add to that the atmosphere in here is cozy and quiet. No loud music and no one hassles you. The only downsides were that there was no attendant on site while I was here, which means the restroom was inaccessible (locked) and I wish there were more tables to fold laundry on. It's okay, because you can definitely make do with the seating options available. Overall, I will make this my new go-to laundromat. 😊

I haven’t been to a laundromat…EVER! And you can only imagine my luck when a very (verbally) violent man came in and picked a fight with the owner. I was very scared, but the owner stood his ground, and I felt very safe because of that. Not only that, but the attendant here was extremely helpful and kind as well! The machines were easy to figure out, and were very efficient! I’m very glad I chose this place, and thank you for making a commitment to the customers’ safety!

I had the pleasure of spending my morning in this sweet neighborhood spot. I was delighted to see that Marcy had been awarded the Best in Fort Collins 2021 award this morning! What an honor for someone who has been involved as a manager and now an owner for the last 15 years! Her laundromat is clean, friendly and inviting. It is easy to see why she won! I had a great experience and was able to do my usual 10 hour laundry day in just 2.5. What a great place!

Very clean place to come wash and fold your laundry. The staff is always nice and friendly, answering any questions.
Small load of clothes - $4
Large load ~$8-12 dollars to include bedding.
Dryers cost $0.50 to start and an additional 5 minutes is 0.25, can fit entire load!

This is one of the cleanest most friendly places I have ever done laundry comfortably. My needs were met in a timely manner and the manger went out of her way to help me. I highly recommend anyone to come experience this place. I am always satisfied.

This was by far the best laundromat my partner and I have been too. So warm, clean and welcoming. Machines are brand new, clean and cheap. Would definitely recommend.

Visited this laundromat today and had a very pleasant experience! I felt safe and the machines worked well- I even got to talk with the owner for a bit. Super cool lady- sounds like they have a few companies they’ve created too! Would absolutely love to use this family in the future if I get the chance.

Spring Creek Laundry is a great business! We wash our 300 shirts here in just a couple of hours. The staff is friendly and helpful and the place is clean and comfortable.

I love this laundromat! The owners strive to keep the place in great working order, clean, and safe! They are also always willing to take care of people’s needs! They work very hard and are great people! I have been going to spring creek for over 5 years now and they have the best prices, very clean, equipment in great working order! I will continue to go to Spring Creek to do my laundry! It’s the best in town! I would all that people respect this establishment, can up street themselves and don’t leave your laundry in the dryers or washers! That only holds others up from doing their laundry!

My partner and I came in to do some laundry while we were visiting town because the machines at our hotel were down. We met the owner Marcy. She was very friendly and willing to help. She was involved with operations and made us feel welcomed. Clean space and plenty of machines!

Such a great experience with this service! Marcie was responsive and on top of everything! I originally wanted one comforter washed, and at last minute asked if I could do two instead. Marcie coordinated everything right away and was able to make it happen! Both comforters were washed and returned same day. Super clean and smell amazing. Will definitely be using this service again. It's been 13 and a half weeks since I've done laundry and I'm out of clothes to wear. My original plan was to find a random motorcycle gang and ask one of the guys for their clothes, their boots, and their motorcycle, but I didn't really think walking naked around Fort Collins was a good idea so I just decided to throw on something halfway clean and head to Spring Creek Laundry. All I can say is that the place is clean and well organized and the owner Marcy was amazing and amazingly helpful. Highly recommend!

Marcie and her family are wonderful people that give TOP NOTCH and straightforward service! They do pick up and drop off service all at a very affordable rate! A very much needed service to new moms trying to figure out the work/life balance and having clean laundry! They were prompt and treated me as one of their own family members! Facility very clean, and safe! I will be brining my business here from now on since my condos shared laundry mat has become a hot bed for criminal activity.

Nice quiet and clean laundromat. Good value because ALL the machines work (so you don't have to pay to dry your skivvies umpteen times). The pretty Lady employee I met there was helpful; more importantly, she never stopped working! Everything was cleaned, and then cleaned again! Give that Lady a raise!

OH! And that pretty, young Lady's name? AMBER!
