Lowe's Home Improvement

I have been to Lowes in Vernal more times than I can count lately! Home Improvement stores are where you buy your house, one trip at a time. This time I was rehabbing a flooded basement on the house I just purchased. The first time I came in with a very long list and an employee helped me gather everything and arranged delivery for the things that couldn't take with me! I wish I could remember her name because she was amazing! The 4000 additional trips I have been there have always been similar though. They really Pride themselves on customer service at this store! I have rehabbed houses all around the state and this Lowes has been the best experience!

I've had a lot of good experiences here. I'm at this Lowe's about twice a month. I've always been treated well.

I just want say that the employee called Aaron was amazing he was so so so helpful and right on it and went above and beyond today so just want him to know he made me day easier so thank you Aaron

A great store with a great selection of items. Everything from home improvement to gardening and holiday items.

Update: Went back to Lowes, spoke to the manager and they refunded my money for the extended warranty.

Disappointed, I love my new dishwasher but Lowes upsold me their 3-year protection plan, that I was hesitant to purchase because I thought my home warranty would cover it, I was told I had 30 days to change my mind on the warranty.
Called 1-week after purchase and they told me I had to have cancelled within 48 hrs.
Should have bought from Costco, they throw in an extended warranty at no extra cost, I learned my lesson, $100 down the drain.
This is my second lousy experience with the Lowe’s extended warranty, never again,

I have to give a huge shout out to Willy, Max, and Nick today! Let's just say we were not getting helped at all. It was chaos, and pure miscommunication! An hour later with MANY un helpful employees we finally got someone to help us out. Willy went above and beyond get us someone to help us in the lumber department. Max and Nick helped us load a pallet of wood slats without any problems! We couldn't thank you three enough. These three guys deserve some much needed recognition in the Vernal store.

Greg in plumbing is a Rockstar! He helped us figure out our plumbing problems 2 weekends in a row! Greg is very knowledgeable and friendly! Very helpful!

Had a great experience this evening at the Vernal Lowes. We needed over 300 2x4's as well as several other boards and items. Debbie at the register in the lumber yard and Marlene the manager (hope I'm getting names correct) were so kind and helpful getting us everything we needed. We were also helped by Damien and Randy with loading everything into our trailer which took a good amount of time.
The extra mile was how kind and fun they all were with my four year old who thought it was the most exciting night ever! Helpful, happy employees really make or break an experience that could be stressful.

We bought a range here and ended up having to file a warranty claim on it. I spent a month trying to deal with Lowe’s through their national number. They were completely worthless and frustrating to deal with and a month in I had made zero progress towards resolving my issue. I ended up calling Vernal Lowe’s where we originally purchased the range and talked to the assistant manager Daniel. He was absolutely great to deal with and got me a replacement range in very short order. I would never deal with Lowe’s at the national level ever again but can’t say enough about how great Daniel at the Vernal Lowe’s is to deal with.

Had an amazing experience at lowes today. Mikayla was an amazing helper, she went out of her way to help me and get my kids the workshop thing of the day , also rang up an unknown item quickly, despite being busy and having losts going on. She rocks !!! Thank you lowes you are the best at hiring A1 employees!!

They were great. They allow you to bring your dogs and that helps us train them. They are patient with us even though it's very confusing and hectic when we train our dogs as we're walking through the store. Ends up taking us forever to get through the store but it's worth their time to let us do this because we always buy more. We are very thankful they allow this.

Walking the high vaulted isles of this wonderful edifice brings a special joy to my heart, igniting a flame of ingenuity. The inumerable possibilities in construction and home improvement is breathtaking. I never leave this place with a regret. Rather I have at times found myself pondering about going to visit even though I don't need any particular thing. The costumer service is spectacular and the products even better. What a wonderful place to go.

Nice, clean store! Great selection and helpful employees! I enjoy their garden center, which has a plethora of annual/perennial plants for our growing zone!

Lowe's of Vernal is nice. They offer things that most stores do not. They are suffering currently somewhat, due to supply chain issues.
I am currently improvising a tile project due to a shortage of Diamond Back. (Trying another product)
Trying DenseShield. This is for a jetted tub surround, without a shower, so it's not exposed to standing water. I hope it turns out. The reviews are good.
I rely upon my Lowe's store a great deal because I am a serial remodelor.

My wife always has me doing some DIY project and the most recent project required a trip to Lowe’s. We live in an area where we could go to Vernal or to the Wasatch front, and be the same distance. Today I’m happy we chose to go to Vernal. The guys and girls there help more than they’ll ever know. Shout out to Bob who helped with the wood, that guy is a machine. Shout out to Rusty in the paint department helping me understand what I needed. And shout out to the gal at the register (didn’t catch her name) but she was extremely patient with me and my kids. By far the best help and experience I’ve ever had in any Lowe’s across the state of Utah! These people are great at their jobs!

Love our Vernal Lowes. I can always rely on the employees to point me in the right direction. Never disappointed. Plus the Lowes advantage credit card gives me 5% off just for using my card. Thanks everybody at our Lowes!

I was never a big fan of Lowes, but since moving to the area Lowes has become a good resource. This location is well stocked and has friendly, helpful staff. I've had good experiences at this location.
