At 3:20 PM today, 3/22/24, I called your Ft Collins ph # listed on the Social Security Admin website. It rang ~15 times without anyone answering, nor was there a robot voice mail explaining that you were too busy, or had gone home for the weekend, therefore leave a msg & you would return my call on your next work day.

Why do I need to speak with a human? To clarify and resolve this issue. So, please help. I’ll be home all day Mon 3/25, with my cell. You have the #. My wife and I have spent at least 3, yes 3 hours, attempting to print her Form SSA-1099, the final document we need for the tax accountant to complete our 2023 taxes. We have followed the SS Admin Login website to the letter three times. The instructions required changing her password. She did, submitted that and other forms, and was rejected three times. Please investigate and explain the reason.
