Best Western Kiva Inn

The Kiva Inn is an unexpected gem. The lobby is decorated beautiful. Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was more than adequate. The staff was absolutely wonderful: gracious, friendly, accommodating. The staff I am so glad we found it!

Great hotel for the price. Jacuzzi and sauna were excellent. Very friendly staff. Really well done decor. Close to downtown. Will absolutely stay here in the future when I’m in town.

I was so pleased to have chosen the Kiva Inn for my 2 week grad-school stay. Room was huge, staff great and smiling. Hot tub hot and not crowded at all. The breakfasts always fresh made, and yes, the coffee is not just "hotel brew"...the coffee is great. Just 2.5 miles from old Town, I chose to walk the bike path along the river every day, unless it was raining. Taxi just $11 if I was too late writing in my room to get to campus on time. Currently, the busses are free.
All in all, it was a bargain "Writers Retreat" (I finished the last three chapters).
Highly recommend!

The staff here is what makes this a 5 star hotel. They are so incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly! I had several schedule changes, and they adjusted my booking multiple times, which really took the stress away.

Also I brought my dog and cat, and they made sure I got a room that made it easy to take the dog out. That level of thoughtfulness is what you can expect from this lovely place!

Loved the decor, everything was so very clean and obviously cared for. Only issue was no elevator and we had a lot of gear to carry up the stairs. For elderly folks, it's a challenge.

The staff is extremely professional and kind. The breakfast is nicely prepared and presented. Their hospitality shows in the care they take. I will definitely stay again. Thank you!

This place was a life saver!!! After going to a not so lovely place that we immediately turned out of the room at, we found this gem!! Super clean, amazing and friendly staff. Had a room for us even though we didn’t have a reservation and we were just a walk-in! They also serve breakfast 🍳 and have a hot tub and sauna! We had so much fun in the downtown Fort Collins area and this place was so nice to come back to. Clean bed and sheets, microwave for our leftovers and a fridge to store other goodies we picked up! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to check out dirt Collins!

Nice room. Clean and in good condition. Very reasonable price. Modest breakfast buffet. Coffee always available. On a busy street but it was quiet after hours. Nice hot tub and sauna. Pool was closed for the season. Great restaurant next door!

Good place that is not far from the old town area. The room and the hotel in general is clean and comfortable.

If you need to stay tin Fort Collins for work, this is a great place! We had tried to stay at a few other places in the area but only found disgusting places that we left after just opening the door to the room. Kiva is the first hotel that was very clean, no people in the parking lot smoking tin foils or shooting up, no sticky rat traps or dead mice on the floor(our dog stepped on one at the previous place we tried to stay, getting the pad stuck to his foot with a long-dead mouse pretrafied to it. So please know, it can get bad in this area), the staff is more than kind and willing to help anyway they can to get you the room you need, etc. No bed bugs found. I don’t know what the other people’s reviews were talking about because I found it to be very quiet and pleasant. Had the best night’s sleep we’ve had in a while. We had reserved a room with the jetted tub, which usually we are hesitant but bring cleaning supplies just in case. The tub was so clean that we felt safe using it right away. I really don’t think you’re going to find a better hotel than this place in this area. Definitely not with a jetted tub to soak in when your body is hurting from a long day of work. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at the BEST Western Kiva for almost 2 weeks on a recent visit to Ft. Collins. We were VERY pleased. The rooms and hotel grounds were kept very clean, the staff was very good and eager to help if needed, and free breakfast was provided. It is also next door to a decent restaurant (Charco Broiler), and 2 blocks from an excellent soup and salad place for lighter fare (Spoons, Soups and Salads). I would highly recommend this hotel - it's not boujee, but it's clean and comfortable.

I can't say enough good about my most recent stay at this hotel. From the desk staff to housekeeping, the breakfast, check in, check out and accommodating my needs. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the numerous pillows were great! It was perfect. I know that staffing has kind of been an issue in the US for businesses so I try and take that into consideration. But that was not the case at this hotel. You can always tell when someone enjoys their job or their employer on the way they interact with you. And a side note, many people only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience. Those that have a good experience don't always leave a review and I'm kind of one of those people. It has to be exceptional for me to take the time and this hotel did absolutely that. So if you're reading this review and other reviews, I can't say to anything on ones that were unhappy except for maybe they were just having a bad day or those aren't the same employees that I met. It was worth every penny and I was a walk-in on short notice on a holiday weekend. I completely appreciate the staff and my stay at this Best Western.

Friendly staff, beautifully designed hotel, very clean, well lit rooms. Comfortable bed, slept great. Awesome breakfast

This hotel was very clean. The beds were so comfortable! We slept in so missed the free breakfast from 6am-9am. All employees were super friendly and helpful. Just know there isn't an elevator so take that into consideration if you don't want to lug your stuff up the stairs. We were happy to for the exercise! They have some beautiful plants for decor around the hotel. Kudos to the girl taking care of them, she was very sweet! Definitely would stay here again.

Full 5 stars specifically because of the exceptional customer service from Alana. She is a great asset to your business. Love the patios and balconies at this hotel. The bed was very comfy, room was clean. Breakfast had lots of options, everything was fresh and good quality. Thank you!!

This hotel offered smoking rooms which is rare to find. The smoking rooms are in a separate complex than the hotel so that non- smoking guests aren’t near people smoking. The room had its own patio with fall trees around. The room was spacious and smelled/ was clean and fresh. The hotel staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with all our questions (delivery places, directions to an event…) And the breakfast bar was outstanding. Will definitely be back

Nice, clean room. Friendly, courteous service. Breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special. The temperatures in Ft. Collins was pushing 100° so the swimming pool was nice, the hotel provided towels at the pool.

I was in town from Iowa to visit my brothers for a family emergency. In our exhaustion from lack of sleep we accidentally booked each of two nights separately, with different room types, too. It wasn't a problem at all. The first morning we spoke with the person on duty, and she took care of us with a smile, and automatically waived the usual room change fee (and we didn't mention anything about why we were in town to sway her).

The rooms were clean and updated (the lobby, too!). Everything worked well.

Breakfast is included in the nightly rate, and there are several great options! I was very pleased to find Torani syrups for my morning coffee! I have never seen drink syrups offered at any hotel before.

We did venture to a different hotel in the area to try to save some money, but then had an absolutely horrid experience there (checked-in, saw the room, and immediately checked out). We happily came back to the Best Western that night to stay again - and were very happy to pay the cost difference!

The staff is kind and helpful, the parking lot was small, making it easy to get to the most important part! The room was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately the pool is outside so the Colorado winter didn't let us enjoy it but other than that we have no complaints! The location was convenient, right next door to a gas station, a block away from Walmart and accross the street from Fort Fun! I'd definitely recommend this hotel, especially considering the terrible experiences I've had at a few of the hotels that are all clustered together a little further down on the same street..
