Did a great job with my dry cleaning and the alterations done to my pants were perfect and fit great! This was my 1st experience there and is now my go to place for dry cleaning. Pricing is average, but I'm willing to pay for great work especially when it comes to my clothing!

Just drove 20 minutes to pick up my jacket because the website said they were open. Get there and they had changed the store hours. Update your website!

They do a decent enough job, but the customer service is astonishingly horrible. Rude employees.

Got a Suede jacket "cleaned" I was told it was likely that the wax stains would come out. They did not. No sorry, no thank you. Just that will be $56. Rude employee, she could not have cared less.

Took off work, Uber across town. Arrived at 210pm.

Clerk says the job can’t be done until Monday.

I just put my suits in a basket and walked out. Never coming here again.

I brought them a shirt that had gotten some paint on it. They initially told me it'd be ready on Friday, but when I stopped by to pick it up they told me it would in fact be the date on the ticket. No big deal. When I went by on the date on the ticket, it also wasn't ready, so they told me they'd call me the next day when it was in. When I didn't hear from them, I called, and they said they were busy an *asked me to call them back.* Not sure how someone manages to find their way to work with that level of incompetence. Avoid them.
