Great location in the heart of
Old Town Fort Collins, Colorado. Plenty of parking and always a friendly staff which for some odd reason has always been a knock on postal workers. There’s not usually a wait but every once in a while just like every other business out there, they get busy.

Typical post office and lines can be hit or miss, guess it depends on time of day. I've gone in there when it's empty and 12 people on line.

Staff is very friendly and effecient.

Full service location with a self service shipping kiosk for packages and envelopes.

Convenient Self-service - In a world short of blue mail slots, this location came in handy when I needed to desperately send a letter after hours. The letter and package self service kiosks are intuitive and easy to use, allowing you to purchase anything needed to get your mail where it needs to go. Will definitely remember for the future.

A very nice post office, everyone had always been very nice informative and helpful. (I stay away from the old curly lady though she's mean) for a post office, I don't dread going.

I've been in multiple times and always received great service. Does the post office get busy? Of course. But I've always been treated with respect and folks here have gone out of their way to help me out.

I went in two days this past week to get support for mailing items I sold via Facebook marketplace. Both times, the same staff (4 people) were working. Their enthusiasm, positivity, patience, and kindness was radiant. I was really impressed with the level of support and service, not to mention during a time when the USPS is under so much pressure, not to mention handling so many customers and packages during the pandemic. They didn't seem phased at all. Thanks for the great service!

I have never had a bad experience at this post office. The customer service is great. The gentleman of Asian descent was extremely personable and easy to get along with. He helped me find a great rate for my package too, even though it was a massive box. Also, I had lost my glove earlier when I was picking up some boxes and envelopes, and I couldn't find it anywhere on the floor. When I asked him, he looked in the lost and found but didn't see it. I came back that afternoon and he had somehow found my glove after I assumed it was in another dimension. Thank you USPS employees for Making Shipping Great Again!

Very smooth Quick easy process was in and out . In a matter of a few minutes.

Gina was super helpful after my package was about to be sent back to sender. They answered my (admittedly panicked) email quickly and resolved the issue. I really appreciate the time they took! Thanks again!

I like everyone here. I've been to many post offices in different cities and this is probably my favorite bc the people I interact with are friendly and helpful and patient with me.

I just have to give Travis credit for being extremely helpful. So often, people are too busy and won't do the bare minimum, but I called with an unusual request and Travis was able to do extra searches and found the answer and solution I needed. I hope the rest of the shipping event goes as well as my interaction with Travis. (My experience with another branch wasn't so good, and Travis really redeemed my day!)

Always get great service at this branch, and the long lines move quickly. I'm actually a big fan of the USPS -- they get my stuff where it needs to go fast and for a reasonable cost. The self-service machines here work well, too.

Every time Ive used this location (including the roughly 10 times in the last 2 months at this point since I sell DnD minifigures and MTG cards) my flat rate packages arrive on the estimated date or earlier every time. The people are helpful and polite. According to my customer reviews, the package is always in good condition and the tracking information is on point If you want to be home for any big envalopes. Best place Ive ever used. FedEx, UPS, even other USPS locations are nothin' compared to these folks.

The employee that helped us was fast, friendly, and very helpful when it came to picking the best mailing option for my (several) packages. I was especially impressed by their composition given that it's peak Christmas mailing time; the line was out the door

Came in with a package for Canada and a package for a friend. I am clueless when it comes to using a post office. Ed was helpful and friendly in helping me lable the package correctly, answered all my questions, and even helped refold the clothes I was sending when they didn’t quite fit in the flat rate box. Super appreciative for his patience. Thanks Ed!

Good service, great location for North side.

I had problems with the self service kiosk. One of the staff members immediately came out to help me and stayed with me until my purchase was complete. I've always had a good customer service experience here.

Folks working the front desk made the line move quickly and were very helpful to everyone

Never had a single issue with this or any other branch in foco, even with very complicated orders or deliveries, theyve even just given me some tape on occasion. Anyone having an issue here is probably the type of person to cause issues in any place. I've never done anything outside of normal hellos and thanks.
