Retired and looking for a hot tub for the first time in our lives. My wife and I can't say enough good things about this place. MJ and her team, explained the differences between different hot tubs. {we had no idea} Her team from start to finish is top notch, from sales to delivery and explanations etc. There was not a question they couldn't answer. I went in already convinced I was buying a hot tub from Costco. I had it picked out and ready to go. I had no intention of paying more for something I had never had/used in the past. Within 10 minutes, MJ completely (and gently with facts) changed my mind 100%. This never happens to me! I have never been happier with a purchase! We use the hot tub almost every night and I sleep so well! Incredible service and I can’t say enough about MJ! She never tried to “sell” or “up-sell.” She asked great questions and set us up with exactly what we wanted! Customer for life!

In March, we purchased a hot tub from Patio Splash in Fort Collins after talking to Matt at the store in Cheyenne. We had to delay delivery until we built our deck this summer, but Cody was able to give us a great price on an upgrade to the model we were looking at for a reasonable amount down and delivery in June when we had a place for it. Both Cody and Matt in Cheyenne were friendly and easy to work with. They believe in their products and in service and value for their customers.

Our hot tub was delivered today and we couldn't be happier both with the tub and with DJ and Ernest! They were friendly, prompt, polite, efficient, thorough, (and cheerful when they had to finish set up in the rain!) They carefully explained the features of the hot tub and what we need to do to fill and maintain it. Thanks guys, you were great!

We’ve had our Bullfrog hot tub now for 4 months and couldn’t be happier. It gets tons of use and the whole system and maintenance couldn’t be easier. Tisha made the buying experience a breeze and I would recommend her and team 10/10 if you’re in the market for a new spa in Noco.

Nice Tub & Amazing Service!!

Just had our Bullfrog X7 Spa installed and we are very happy with the quality, the features and the deal. DJ and Ernest (the installers) are the best. These two guys hauled our tub up a very challenging incline to reach our mountain top location, never gave up, never had a discouraging word, just got it done! They did a nice install and were friendly and informative. MJ and Tish in sales gave us a great deal and the delivery and set up went very well. We highly recommend these people. We are super happy.

My husband and I were searching for a smaller, and more efficient hot tub to replace our older and larger hot tub/spa. We thought we had settled on one, but we're urged to check out Bullfrog Spas, specifically at Patio Splash in Ft Collins, before finalizing our purchase. So thankful we did. Cody, the Sales Mgr., was by far the most professional and knowledgeable person we'd spoken to in our search for a new hot tub. He took the time necessary to understand what we needed from our spa experience so that he could help us identify the right spa configuration that would best meet our needs. I run a small hotel in Estes Park, and I have a hot tub that is open year round. We have had to call them a few times the last few weeks. Bobby has been our service guy, and he is BEYOND AMAZING! When we have had to call (things continue to break down not on Bobby's part) Bobby has always shown up the very next day. All of the receptionists are amazing as well. I could not have asked for a better spa company to work with. I highly recommend. All of their rates and service prices are VERY reasonable, especially because they are coming all the way up to Estes to take care of us. I could not be happier with this company! We have owned our A Series 6 jetted hot tub from the Fort Collins show room for going on six months now, truly enjoy every benefit it puts out. We have called up a few times with questions to Tisha n Mj in the Ft. Collins showroom and they have been very knowledgeable. They also will troubleshoot to help us to help solve any of our concerns. They have a field tech Bobby who has been to our home twice now he is very polite, understanding. No question is stupid with him. Bobby goes above n beyond and that is a rare commodity now days. Very pleased n happy Patio Splash customer🙂

I can not recommend working with Cody at patio splash enough! My one regret is that we didn’t get our spa sooner. We purchased a bullfrog r7 and it is amazing, we knew we would love it but we are so happy.

Also wanted to mention that the delivery and explanation of how to work the hot tub by Ernest and DJ was A++

We purchased our new hot tub back in March of 2021. Cody, our sales person, was very informative and explained why it would take 6 or so months for the hot tub to be delivered. He also gave us a great deal on the model we selected. The hot tub arrived after 7 months, and the communication with MJ at Patio Splash was great! The delivery team did an good job explaining how to use the hot tub, etc. All together a great experience and we are enjoying our new Bullfrog hot tub daily!

LOVE my hot tub. MJ is a very helpful human. Just received excellent service from Bobby, the technician who came to try and make my hot tub more quiet. My neighbor kept calling the police on me. Bobby took his time, did a very thorough job, and made my hot tub so quiet there is no way she has a leg to stand on. He even fixed my broken cover clips. Thank you!!!

This review is for both the sales and service. Patio Splash is the best! We love our Bullfrog and had a great sales experience with MJ; we've used our spa almost every day for the past 6 months. Some of the best $$ we've spent on the house and totally worth the wait.

The real key, though, is the service. They say that you don't buy a spa, you buy a dealership, and that's where Patio Splash stands out. We've had them out twice for just little minor things but both times they were prompt, knowledgeable, and fixed the issue fast and for free! They even fixed a couple little things I didn't notice and gave us extra water care tips. Bobby is the best!

I recently purchased a bullfrog spa. My whole experience with the Patio Splash team was fantastic! From MJ helping me choose the perfect spa to Ernest and Rico who did the delivery and install. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

Bobby was incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and helpful. I have tried Aqua Spas in the past for hot tub service and they were difficult to deal with and in the end never fixed our problem. Patio Splash technicians, on the other hand, provide wonderful costumer service and they really know their stuff. I highly recommend!!

We've had our A8 Bullfrog Spa for about 9 years now. Love it!!!!
We needed a new cover and a few other things from a recent storm, so this the first time we've had service from them since I bought it pretty much. I remember our initial purchase experience being 5+ star! But, after one of their service guys (Bobby) showed up to install the new cover and wind strap, I wish I could give them a 10 star! Wow! What a super nice and professional guy! Thanks Bobby and Patio Splash

I simply cannot say enough about the service level Bobby provided me today. He came to replace the heating element but found that was not the issue. Our filters were not letting enough water through so the heater shut down. He removed the filters, cleaned them and the hot tub is back up and running fine. He also found that mice had tunneled into the tub so he was kind enough to plug the holes with steel wool and add mice bait that I bought. Now that is service!
