Walgreens is very efficient when it comes to filling my prescriptions. Amazing staff, excellent customer service. Highly recommended

This has been our pharmacy for 10 years. They're the best. Fast, kind and professional. I hate the new shorter hours, but that's not their fault.

The pharmacist and assistants at this Walgreens are fantastic. They do everything they can to help you. They are also incredibly patient and give everyone the full time they need.

walked in for my covid shot after seeing their website stating they offered free vaccines for covid through the bridge access program only to be told by the guy at the counter that it costs over $300 and they won't do it for free even though they advertise it on their website (states it was updated Sept. 2023) and the gov is literally still giving it out for free. Go to CVS, walgreens has never been worth it, but I thought surely they could handle a simple vaccination. guess not.

While I don't fault them for taking 45 minutes to fill a prescription they said would be done by the time arrive, as that can happen, I DO fault them for the very loud conversations being had behind the counter. They spent a great deal of time discussing the anti-contraceptive policies of Chick Fil-a and Hobby Lobby and the cake making company that refused to serve gay customers. They were heard to say that in those cases, businesses had the right to refuse service if they chose and that if a company wouldn't allow access to contraceptives, "[employees] don't have to work there, then" (though that's obviously not necessarily the case). They clearly felt that denying service based on sexual orientation was fine and even though they were healthcare professionals, clearly believed that companies were justified in refusing contraceptives because of their religious beliefs. All of which was easily heard all around the pharmacy area.
Additionally, the man working the register said that he "had a bomb inside of him" when referencing the fact that their lunch made him need to defecate. The others simply said it was "oversharing" but did not reprimand him at all.
I cannot believe what this pharmacy believes is acceptable behavior for their employees and healthcare professionals.

I’ve tried to use their photo & package desk twice in the past few months and both times they’ve refused to help me, saying they don’t have the staff or ability to support the services they advertise. It might be the employee working the desk, or a systemic issue.

It’s frustrating and they’re unreliable, I’d advise avoiding this store for anything other than meds or standard shopping.

Worst experience. Pharmacists do not care about patients. I’ve been trying for over a week to get my toddler her generic epipen jr. I was told last Wednesday the pharmacist had multiple generic epipen jr.s that expired at end of 2023 and she would transfer our script from the Walmart that was out of stock. She said it would be ready Friday or Saturday. I called Saturday and they said they don’t have any script for me. They said they would transfer it AGAIN and would have it ready Sunday afternoon. I called Sunday night. Nope don’t have it ready. Get a text Monday saying they are out of stock. I call and she says it should be here tomorrow. Then I get text same day (Mon) saying it’s now ready. We go to pay $200 and it expires at end of November of this year (less than two weeks)!!! We ask for one that expires next year. Nope they said we need to look elsewhere. I called another Walgreens in town and they said they can get one in stock by Thursday. Why can’t this Walgreens order one for us? Who knows. Praying this other Walgreens cares more than the pharmacists at Walgreens on college and harmony for a child’s life saving medication.

Had an appt to get a COVID booster here. Had it scheduled for over a week and they cancelled my appt 4 hours before the appt. When I called and asked why, they said they don’t do vaccines on Friday afternoons.

Two things. Why were there appts available to schedule then?
And why did they not cancel my appt the minute I booked it rather than wait until last minute?

The cashier at the front of store, CEASAR is a complete piece of ...! I literally just watched him berate an older senior lady in front of me at the register just because she asked for her pharmacy receipt that wasn't given to her. As he angrily threw her basket on the floor and called for his manager to retrieve her receipt he called "next" which was me and thought he was going to take his already nasty tone with me. He quickly was put in check. Then the manager Cheryl or Sherri from what I heard came to help her get her receipt and also showed frustration and explained how hard it is to get the receipt since she already checked out. Even it was THEIR FAULT to begin with for not giving her the receipt in the first place. This lady was literally about to cry for a mistake they caused. Shame on you CEASAR and CHERYL for treating this lady like trash because the only trash that was there were you two. Get a different job if it effects you that bad to treat people that hateful. You should both be fired bc you definitely don't belong in the retail field, of all places a pharmacy where you should be compassionate and caring. And btw Cheryl, it does no good to cough your nasty smoker's cough repeatedly when your mask in on your chin. CEASAR buddy, grow the f up. You ain't hard in anyway little boy.

Disrespectful and nosy, screening prescriptions and asking inappropriate questions about what your medications are for. They also refused to fill a legitimate rX that I was luckily able to get filled elsewhere that completely improved my situation. I got the rX bc I needed it. Good job keeping people sick. Transferred to another pharmacy, horrible practice.

Recieved a call from this pharmacy telling me my back ordered medication finally arrived and to come pick it up. Arrived 5 min late with 1 person in line and 2 staff. A young man refused to let me pick up my needed medication as they just closed and walked away. I understand I was 5 min late but I expect a pharmacy to have 5 min of compassion for a persons needed medication. Poorly played.

Walgreens - Taking Advantage of Consumers over a Nationwide Recall of a Dangerous Product
On July 17, I visited our local Walgreens store at 4502 South College Avenue in Fort Collins, Colorado. I wanted to return 3 spray cans of Neutrogena Sun Block that had recently been recalled by the manufacturer due to Benzine contamination. Benzene is a known cancer-causing substance.
I brought the cans to the clerk who then brought the Manager to the cash register to handle the refund. To my great surprise, the Manager offered to refund the product at only 50% of the purchase price. He claimed that since I did not have the receipt, I could not prove what I had paid for the product. After some discussion, he raised his offer to the "lowest price during the past 30 days". I do not know what I paid for the product, most likely full price.

This action by Walgreens is totally unacceptable as well as dishonest. I have little doubt that Walgreens is being fully compensated by the product manufacturer when they in turn return it back to Neutrogena. To profit from refunding a recalled cancer-causing product at 50 cents on the dollar is simply wrong.

When I showed up for my scheduled appointment for a vaccination, they did not have the medication. They called a nearby Walgreens to verify they had the vaccine, but when I asked for her to verify that they had someone available to administer it, she refused. The inconvenience and poor customer service combined led to a pretty disappointing experience.

I have waisted more of my life on the phone recieving misinformation from these people than I care to admit. Consistently different pharmacists give me wrong information. Not only that but I had to show up in person to get the information I needed because they hung the phone up in my face.

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever experienced. Their hours of operation are terrible and they're closed about half the time when they are supposed to be open. Definitely don't use this pharmacy if your prescriptions are time sensitive.

Just poor customer service here.
