Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Stopped in for oil change. They checked my lights, battery...The visit went really fast and wasn't expensive. Really liked that I didn't have to make an appointment, and the website has coupons you can use when you go.

Very professional and fast service. Employees are great folks. I've been there now a couple of times and will be a regular.

Very quick. There was no line and I think it only took 10 minutes. Very friendly and professional and the price was very reasonable.

I decided to come here for the first time after seeing the great reviews. I’m very glad I decided to stop by because my experience was excellent. I found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I really love the convenience of this place—you literally wait in your car while they change your oil for you. They checked my headlights, high beams, turn signals and brake lights. They also checked my fluids and made sure everything was full. Briana took care of me during my second visit here and I was very pleased with her service. She was great to work with. I highly recommend giving this place a try for your next oil change. They are fast & friendly!

We were able to pull into the service bay almost immediately once we arrived. The entire oil change, changing of the air filter took just shy of half an hour. The service technicians were professional, courteous, and efficient. In addition to phenomenal online coupons we were very happy with our overall experience. We would highly recommend them to our friends.

Service was quick and friendly. I was in and out quickly, but I did go during the morning, so at peak times, it might be a bit of a wait.

Quick and easy. Never waited more than half an hour, even with people in front of me. My go-to instant oil change.

Busy on a Saturday morning thanks to a coupon mailing. They did a great job organizing the cars and moving everyone right along. While the wait was a little longer, I didn't mind. It's nice to stay in my car the duration of the service and watch what they are doing. Everything is very transparent and honest.

While I love going to my dealership for regular service, and will continue to do so as the pricing is about the same (it's not always true dealerships are more expensive!), I love having Valvoline as an option that's closer to home. Especially when I know I won't need any other maintenance other than an oil change. I highly recommend!

Great group of people, the staff are super friendly. Wait time not long at all, talked me through everything so I knew what was going on. Great recommendations and they always help you save money with coupons and discounts they have available. Brody was extremely helpful, above and beyond customer service answered all my questions I had, and made sure there wasn’t anything else I needed help with, all while what looked like training a new employee. He gets a 10 out a 10 from me, amazing job! I’ll definitely continue coming here

They have always been very good with me. I go in there frequently to get my oil checked and other fluids. As well as getting my oil changed, it’s very convenient to have them here in Ferndale.

Absolutely great group! They had 2 bays closed to install heaters but the wait was quick! They took great care of my car and we chatted while waiting. After a funny situation the entire crew was in stitches. 🤣 I'll definitely be coming back! Best service and best deal 👏🏻

The Staff hired to work here are All high energy, friendly, seem to love it there, young, hard working, and I'm just super impressed. the Email with the $15 off coupon reminds me it's time for my oil change and gives me incentive to go. The line moves fast.

Lizzie and Keely were both fast and polite when I went in for an oil change today. I didn't see who was below, but thank you to them as well.

I did have to wait a little longer on account of a rude customer that was in line before me and refused to leave, I believe. I'm glad that Keely stood up for her employees and kicked that guy out of there, I didn't mind waiting for that and I think it speaks to healthy employer values.

This was my first visit, and I much preferred waiting in my car, in line and during the oil change (and an air filter change after they showed me the current one), as opposed to sitting in a lobby. I was able to get through a good chunk of Braveheart on my phone! I will be back for the next oil change!

Multiple cars in each bay and they still got us in quickly. They did a really thorough job and even tested my battery! Expanded services are great, will be back for a transmission service soon!

These guys were great! I got an oil change and a rear differential fluid change from them and a few days later I noticed a ticking noise from my engine and a weird idle. I called and let them know and they told me to head on down and that they'd check it out in case they missed anything. I was greeted by the manager who was super friendly and helpful. He checked just about everything he could. Codes that may still be in my system, the oil, my coolant, everything. He showed me everything he was talking about. He showed my levels on the code reader he had. Everything looked and sounded normal. He then jiggled one of the hoses and found the culprit! It was never tightened down after a previous shop did an engine swap. Haven't had a problem since! He really went above and beyond when he really didn't need to. I'll recommend these guys to everyone.

Had a wonderful experience. The staff there truly knows the meaning of the word teamwork. They work flawless together.
The shop is clean, Staff was professional, helpful, Extremely knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning to do business with this company For many years to come.

I haven't has a chance to stop by since they changed the name. Today was the first day, and was totally satisfied with the respectful service.

The only drawback was that one of the bays was down, so only two out of three in operation, but it looks like they'll have it back up soon.

Was getting an oil change for the company rig, but will be back to service my personal ones.
