Too Many Toys Storage

My husband and I have had a storage unit at Too Many Toys for nearly two years. I cannot say enough good things about them! It's a clean facility, and the owners are amazing to work with. Truly very nice people! I highly recommend their facility if you're in the market for storage in the Idaho Falls area.

Too Many Toys has THE BEST customer service and the property is taken care of very well. Love that there is a private gate which makes me feel more secure knowing that it's not open for just anyone to come in and out, they have to have a code. Great location for us and again great customer service!

Tricia was very helpful. We were trying to work with a different storage unit and they would not answer our phone calls - even though they said they would be available. Tricia called us back within 1h and worked with us to accommodate what we needed. She was super helpful and helped us figure out everything last minute.

Great place to store your RV, trailer, boat, cars, trucks and more. Storage units are clean and lot is secure and has plenty of cameras. We like that we can get to our trailer any time we need to. Staff is very helpful.

I had an absolute wonderful experience storing my belongings in their facility. They have Very courteous employees. Plenty of units with ample space.

Storage

My husband and I rented a unit and an outside spot. We let the lady know we were no longer going to be needing either of the spots after about 1 year or so of renting. She was always very nice but once we were no longer renting from them. They still charged us for then next month after we had canceled and she was aware. I was in contact with her for awhile…being told we would be refunded $100. I called again and she was very rude and said they didn’t charge us another month because it doesn’t show on their end. I told her I could send her the picture of proof. Proof of it coming out of our bank account. It’s been 6 or 7 months. Never saw a refund. I will never be going back to them. Her name stated with a ‘T’. I think it was Tricia or something. She’s always the one who is answering the phone.

Do not put your toys here they will likely be stolen!!! Management refuses to fix the front gate so it is always open!!! My brother's trailer was stolen and several other trailers recently. Beware

Ripoff. Super expensive for what you get.
