What a great place. Lots of big spaces, huge park for walking, 3 different dog areas, clean showers and laundry room. Very happy. Our spot (82) is on the corner and came with a shaded table patio! All the folks here were friendly. WiFi not good, but will stay again.

We have been RVing for 16 years, full and part time and DeAnza is the best RV resort we have ever visited. Big sites with plenty of room for a towed vehicle and outside seating. Easy hookups with some limited cable TV.

The best part is the resort and its people. Large rec center with indoor heated pool, sauna, and spa. Indoor pickle ball with paddles and balls for beginners. Many daily activities and low cost meals plus weekly free Margarita night, free coffee and donuts days. Nice library with many book and DVD choices.

Only problem is very poor wifi - it's only reliable in the library.

Lots of fun for a few days, weeks, or months.

Our favorite place to stay when we come south to Arizona. Lots of things to do, courteous help, pool, sauna and hot tub and my favorite thing. Free margaritas on Saturday.

Never really lodged at this place. Only worked here. But I can say that it looks like a cool place to stay in.

We have come here every year for 13 seasons. Very nice park that has improved a lot. Clean restrooms. Large clubhouse with all the amenities inside such as swimming, hot tub, sauna, exercise room, pickleball, library, etc. The camp workers are helpful and friendly. Smaller park with about 185 sites but they are good size sites which feel comfortable. The view of the mountains to the east is spe tacular.

The views from the park are amazing... They have so much to offer.
two large dog parks, Good size pool, hot tub, sauna, pool tables, air hockey table, basketball court, poker room, Sewing room, Darts, full workshop, Party room for bands (which they have throughout the winter months), community garden. AMAZING food in their restaurant. Other complain about the noise, we're one road off the Main Street and we didn't have a problem and I've a very light sleeper.
The owners are friendly, sweet and always around with a smile and a Hello. The park is kept clean by the amazing work camp host.
We had the pleasure of staying here a month and loved every moment of it.
The only drawbacks are the restaurant is only open Thursday-Sunday and they close around Mother's day for the season. The water hook-up is located on the wrong side of the camper making it a little awkward but doable. I still give it a thumbs up, Its a great place to stay! If you found this review helpful, please give it a thumbs up and come back to see other reviews as we travel around this beautiful country.

We attended this resort with a group of 16 for the ribs and chicken all you can eat special.
We were met by several remarkable friendly hard working staff. We were all given our drinks in a fast and accurate manner. And the drinks continued all night.
The food came out hot and fresh and plentiful. It was fantastic. Whenever we ran low on something it was replenished
There was a live musician playing as well who was excellent
We will definitely return again !!!
The resort itself is clean and neat and appears to be well run. Plenty of campers in the park st the time

Lived here for 7 months. I loved it, they have a great community center and don't forget to order from chef...his food is great! It's very quiet even though it does get extremely busy during peak season.

Who knew an abandoned grey hound race track could be so lovely? The folks who greeted us were great and our site was well located. The park is very well kept, the sites are level and the hook-ups are in great condition. We felt the prices were fair and completely enjoyed our stay. Next time we're in the area, we'll return.

Nice get away, clean, quiet and friendly!
Will be back!

Of course we were there off season, so the park was empty and there were no activities going on. The people there are so super friendly! The spaces are wide and parking is easy. Because there were so few people there we had the pool and spa to ourselves, which coming from California was super nice since all the pools there were closed. I have Verizon cell service and it worked well, my husband has T-Mobile and it was awful. Don't count on the parks Wi-Fi! There are several people there with Wi-Fi boosters and so there's very little bandwidth left.
You can hear noise from the 19 highway, but it's not loud or annoying. They don't have a ton of lighting at night, which is really nice because we could see the stars.
Great views of the mountains from anywhere in the park.
All in all we had a great stay, and would go back.

It was lively, beautiful and fun. The food is great and service is good! Nice indoor pool and spa, craft rooms, yoga room, basketball court, shuffleboard and so much more to do. Even a lounge to watch tv, internet and plenty of books as well. The perfect retreat for either a short time or a winter stay!

De Anza's is a high end resort here you get what you pay for. We stayed for a couple months and just loved it! This resort is very well equipped with some impressive amenities from the large salt water swimming pool to the nicely equipped gym as well as the billiards room with two full sized tables. They also have an exceptional restaurant during peak season with some of the best tasting food we have ever tasted! They also have a cash bar that makes a great margarita we must say. They have weekend bands playing and a large dance floor so you can get out and boogie!!! LOL
We would love to stay there again in the future if we can afford too here again you get what you pay for so if you are looking for a high class resort here you go! We promise you will never be sorry!

Great park, great people, tons of fun activities. Food and drink is good at the restaurant. Showers and bathrooms spick and span...look like a resort hotel. Live music every Fri. Even have a large sewing room fo quilters, headed saltwater pool, hot tun and sauna. There is quite a bit of traffic noise from hwy 19 but it didn't bother us so I didn't knock off a star

I stay in Amado at least two times a year; once in the fall before crossing the border to our winter home and once more in the spring when returning to the US.

The park is spotless, the Wi-Fi is flawless, the sites are level, the utilities are well maintained, the owner is a peach and has some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Each year my wife's photos fill all her friend's email inboxs.

The only break of the tranquility was when a motorcycle started up at 04:30 AM and departed the park. This, I am sure, was an anomaly.

The park can't control everything 24/7 but they sure try to do everything to make the stay enjoyable, and ours was great.

Their 10/10/10 rating is one that is truly earned and deserved.

Looking forward to our return in the Spring

I've stayed here on quite a few occasions over the last 4 yrs.
Always welcomed with a smile, Bob & Amy and the camp hosts do a great job.
The park is always kept tip top, the bathrooms always 10/10.
De Anza is consistently good, and that's the key, and that's why they are successful .
Thanks for always making my family welcome.
