Longhorn Grill and Saloon

Have wanted to try the Longhorn since we arrived in the area a month ago. Mainly to enter thru a giant steer skull. The food and service were amazing. Best beef ribs we have ever eaten. Prices are decent for the huge portions. Our server was super pleasant and made sure our experience matched the food. Check out their daily specials on the website. Can’t wait to go back.

Awesome place! Very nice! Friendly, great service, huge meal. Steaks like butter!(we got the ribeye) Huge salad, grilled veggies, excellent fries! (We had sweet potato and regular) Our son was in heaven! Definitely a must if you’re ever in the area!

We were seated immediately, and given menus in our server, was back quickly with water and a smile. The homemade chili was delicious and other food was delicious. My server was attentive and friendly. It was an outstanding lunch.

Great everything! Brisket reuben and sweet potato fries were delicious. My husband got a Tri-Tip Bowl...it was a large portion...full of flavor and very filling. One of our party had a 12oz steak...it was cooked to order and a very filling meal. The staff were quick and so kind. They even turned on the lights in an area that wasn't being used so that we could look around and take it all in. Highly recommend!!

This place is out on the middle of nowhere, but it outpreformed my expectations! Catchy motif and good TV sports watching. Had some lunch and a couple of local beers. We'd go back. They have a great venue for live music and we plan to attend a show soon!

I must say this restaurant in a rural small town in the middle of nowhere just raised the bar for big cities like NY & LA. Not for boast but I been fortunate to visit these illustrious steakhouses operated by renowned chefs. I’ve seen mistakes made from these restaurants and it’s understandable because this is not only a science but an art as well. This place on the other hand made no mistakes, which is ok if they did it’s almost unrealistic to expect a perfect finish every time. Our tomahawk had the best contrast and finish I’ve ever had on a tomahawk. It was also a fraction of what you expect to pay for this cut. Service was prestine👌🏻. Nobody loves to be asked if they can remake the steak , i don’t think anyone likes to waste food. They rose to the occasion & on the first take. I’m not gonna share the whole story cause I don’t want to set extreme expectations cause maybe what happened was a once in a never thing 😆. Let’s just say we felt very fortunate that evening, and they went above and beyond the phrase “above and beyond” 💎. It was a pleasure to meet the manager Greg. Great western experience. The food is good. We were there on a quiet night (Monday). It can get crowded around the weekend or when they have a special event.

The atmosphere is excellent for AZ visitors. Multiple vegan options and VERY good meats too. We were hunting abandoned mines and the waiter bent over backwards trying to find the names of a few mines we located. Just a minute off the interstate it's perfect for a meal on the way to/from Nogales.

Large group and we ordered off the menu. They did a great job getting all of our meals out pretty fast. My steak, baked potato and green beans was wonderful.

Passing through... stopped for dinner. A great choice! The corn bites are incredible. Gotta try those when you come here. I had a burger and my wife had the chicken bowl. Nice tender well-flavored chicken, and a perfectly cooked very flavorful burger. Really convenient, right off the freeway. Very happy with the Longhorn! Oh... and don't miss the big longhorn entrance!

Amazing! I have eaten a lot of burgers in my 60+ years. The" Bull Rider" at Longhorn Grill and Saloon topped them all. A full pound of beef, with bacon and cheese, all on a nice bun. I'm no longer hungry.

There were Two Bull Riders at our table. The others had pulled pork and a walleye fillet. The other entrees looked good as well.

We all loved the Longhorn. The theme seemed completely natural in it's middle-of-nowhere, location, two minutes off the interstate.

A good looking bar, friendly staff, and live music on Friday and Saturday nights, this place is worthy of a drive from anywhere.

Delicious food all around. Excellent tortilla chicken soup and juicy steaks cooked to order. Perfect service as well.

Fun lively atmosphere, good prices, and good food... This place is definitely a local hangout, and a special dinner out place at the same time. There are basically three separate areas, One is the bar area where all the locals hang out every afternoon, eating, drinking and giving each other a hard time. Then there is the dining area, where people are having special occasion dinners and family time. The last area is a giant patio area that is open until late spring, where they have live music and dancing.
We had dinner in the bar... It was fun to sit there and watch people, The bartender was extremely busy and friendly.
We plan to go back while we're in the area for breakfast, looks like they serve a really interesting breakfast.

No, you are not hallucinating … That’s a giant Longhorn Skull sculpture (with a pirate skeleton if you walk inside the skull). Ceiling has wagon wheels used for lighting. Got a great Gardner Iron Skillet , there are options for vegetarians. This place should delight both tourists and regulars.

The bar has a pleasant atmosphere and bar menu offers several good choices. The wings are good and there are several flavor options. Excellent menu options and food is prepared and presented well.

They have a bar area and a dining hall area. Great for all ages and they have handicap parking and wheelchair access.

Loved the food and patrons were friendly. It was a good break from Mexican food. Located in a sleepy small town. It was an unique experience and price was good when compared to metropolitan areas in Southern California. They had a live singer who was singing Amarillo by Morning/George Strait. Made me think about the audition while back by Mongolian cowboy.

Incredible food and atmosphere. Sat in the bar area and had a great dinner. Going to try their Saturday night concert series. Dinner buffet, 1 cocktail and live music for 30$ ticket.

Great place for cocktails and food. Great friendly service. Friendly atmosphere. The desserts were delicious too!
