Not only does Sal provide excellent customer care, he is very actively involved in the community AND in charitable works. Although he doesn't advertise it, I have known him to open up on his time to provide care for many elderly customers who needed accommodations. This is the kind of man and business who is a credit to our community and should be supported.

Dr. Kelly Bado was lovely and answered all my questions very thoroughly and clearly, I will definitely see her in the future. The selection of glasses is smaller than a chain store, but there is good variety and Sal helped me choose 2 pair that I love. Would definitely recommend.

Visited for my very 1st set of hearing aids. Very thorough exam, includes testing booth, computer tracks results., many questions to find out what activities you like to do. Tried for free 3 diferent sets, which took weeks in between visits before settling on the ones I liked the best. I am delighted to finally be able to hear without saying what to every question. My family thanks me for purchasing them. I would not hesitate referring customers to visit and see the results for themselves. My wife lost a screw and bent her frames on her glasses, I visited and they fixed them in under 5 minutes no charge. Nice family owned business.

Do not go here unprofessional and the frames are very flimsy in two years my glasses have broke TWICE. Luckily I had insurance the first time on the frames. Also if you want your prescription from them so you can order cheaper frames for online for backups good luck because they will give you the run around.

Scheduled eye exam and had lenses replaced after being told this was a provider of my insurance. More than a month went by until lenses arrived. Was told there was no invoice and was charged an arbitrary fee. Everytime i call insurance company, they tell me this place was suspended from their network and will not accept any claims from them. Everytime i call owner, he begins yelling and hangs up.

Would not recommend them. Selection of glasses is terrible. Customer service is awful as well. I was told a certain pair of glasses were covered by insurance. Go to pick them up and they charged me $160. Have been trying to return them and it has been nothing but a headache. Recommend going elsewhere where they understand insurance plans and have updated frames.
