I love this clinic, and the nurses and doctors and staff are all friendly, and really take care of me and all my medical problems. It's really a nice place for veterans to get their care. I don't understand why people give them bad reviews, because it's really a great clinic to go to. Thanks.

I have had excellent care from the CBOC in Bristol. I can see my results on My HealtheVet. Also, once I read the results I can touch base with my PCP for a course of action. I appreciate everyone who helps me and my fellow veterans.

Excellent clinic. Let be the nurses and very satisfied with my PCP.

Was supposed to have a follow up appointment today after having been hospitalized at Mountain Home VA hospital a week ago. Got a call from a female clerk advising me that since I have a upcoming appointment in December there was no need for me to come in today. I called them back to attempt to explain what going on was again met with negativity and told that I have a follow up appointment on the 28th of next month with cardiology dept at the hospital and there was no need to see my PCP. It just thrills me to no end that they are letting clerks decide triage of medical patients as a cost cutting measure. What will be next, car mechanics and auto body techs doing surgery. Perhaps the could dress someone up in a “Peanuts “ costume and they could do mental health services for a nickel.

Worst place for any veteran to be seen by a PCP. Its been 2 years since my husband has been trying to get his health taken care of but his doctor doesnt seem to care. He refuses to call my husband back (we have been waiting on results for weeks now) and when he tries to make an appointment a clerk feels the need to tell him hes ok and doesnt need to be seen. I have filed complaints with the VA on my husband's behalf and will be switching his doctor to someone who cares about other veterans and not their title.

Honestly i find this place to service veterans an insult. Here is why. Most of the stuff is standard. Check in. Get seen. Answer some questions. However a while back i hurt my ankle while i was out of state. When i asked my PCP to look it over what i got was i was over weight, i need to go to weight watchers. No xray. No referral to a foot doctor. Next my PCP felt the need to give me advice about my life. Advice like dont work at this job. Work some place better. Dont eat that. Instead eat this. My favorite was when i wad told i shouldnt live with my grandparents although i provide care to them. Now i find that strange and wary of my PCP.

Every bad thing you hear about the VA is true.
