I purchased this floral arrangement for my best friend’s birthday. It was absolutely gorgeous! What they delivered looked even better than the photos online. I highly recommend this flower shop. They also delivered to her work in less than 3 hours from when I ordered. Very friendly also when I called to ensure the online order went through as well.

I completed an order online for same day delivery and from 80 miles away. I called to follow up and spoke to a wonderful woman and explained I was sending flowers to my daughter in town. I called Frances flower shop literally hours before my Father's viewing services were to begin. I was out of town and could not be there but wanted a beautiful spray at my father's services. The first local flower shop who had 2 days advance notice did a horrible job on a spray I ordered. I spoke to Colleen at Frances and she had a positive attitude, was determined to come through for me and my family in our absence, delivered above and beyond customer service, along with a beautiful large spray. I didn't get to see what it was going to look like in advance but Colleen and the staff did a beautiful job which gave me a sense of peace. Absolutely stunning next day delivery. I always prefer to order directly from a local florist website and pick the florist creation. (Not 800 or national chains that then contact a local florist. Cut out the middle and give money to the local business.) Florist creation is the best value and allows them to be creative with flowers on hand. Just pick the size and not the occasion. The photos does not give this bouquet Justice. It’s gorgeous. I picked the medium size.

I live in Utah, but my mom and grandma are up in Little Rick. I came across this place a few years back and used them for a special occasion for my grandma and she loved the flowers and lotions that were delivered. In the years since this has been my go to for gifts for my mom and grandma. They were wonderful. I ordered a bouquet over the phone from another state to be delivered to my daughter who had just given birth. They were very helpful with choosing a design and make me feel confident that they would get it to her the day that I ordered it. She just loved the arrangement and the stuffed elephant that came with it is going right in my grandson’s room.
