I would say that the food is awesome and there are claw machines and the cute decorations are all about the cute atmosphere. If you need a boba quickly, this place is the place you should go to!

Vivi, you're consistently there to lift my spirits. With an assortment of milk tea flavors and smoothies to choose from, I consistently opt for the strawberry smoothie and garlic popcorn chicken. Their popcorn chicken is truly their signature dish.

Also, since I’m a Bubble tea lover, I’m finicky about the taste and look of the final product and this place is really good in maintaining that. Food and drinks here are always super yummy and made to order. Fun poopy atmosphere and music, highly recommend the 3Q Milk Tea or Taro Milk Tea with Boba and Pudding 🤤 and of course a side of popcorn chicken.

Usually my go to place for bubble tea somewhat near home. However when it's extremely busy in there, the quality is not consistent. Hopefully that will eventually change.

Amazing Food, drinks are sub-par. I would definitely recommend their Spicy Popcorn Chicken, Takoyaki, Egg Puffs and Onigiri.

Absolutely delicious, and the staff are very friendly. Orders are made quickly, and the prices are reasonable. The egg puffs are especially delicious.

It is a perfect pick me up-- I always get the popcorn chicken with my little sister, it is moist, tender, and crispy. Delicious. For my main go-to I get the ramen bowls.

The milk teas are pretty decent-- and have a variety of toppings. The food is definitely better, but while you're there you might as well get a milk tea or a slush/juice when the heat wave kicks in.

Very good taste of bubble tea. Lots of snacks and food to choose from. I have tried Taiwan style popcorn chicken, chocolate cake. Yummy!

They took my order over the phone. I came in and everything was ready, hot, amazing, tasty. The chicken is so tender and delicious! I don't know where they get the meat, but I can't get tired of it! After all these years, consistent!

Terrific late night spot for your bubble tea fix and a staple on Hancock Street. The staff is consistently friendly and does a great job of pushing out orders efficiently. That said, still be prepared to wait as this place is always quite busy/popular with the local youngish hip crowd. Drink choices are on point and extensive and the food menu covers all of the major Taiwanese / Japanese snacks. Came on Christmas Day and it was open and packed 🎄⛄

I order from here every chance i get, Their Classic Milk Tea is one of my stables to get if im in the area.
their Snacking food, Popcorn Chicken , Egg Waffles are Amazingggg. Ordering online does tends to become an issues, There are wait times.
I love I can control sugar level and Ice Level and they actually do them very nicely.
My BFF cant have a lot of sugar so I usually do 70% so its not as heavy and She loves it compared to other franchises she goes to due to conveince.

Such a cute chain bubble tea place that also offers a quirky selection of food- mini meals and snacks/ appetizers. I got the coconut milk bubble tea with no toppings & it was rich and delicious! Went with a friend on a Sunday morning and we had the whole place to ourselves for like an hour!
