Mountain Empire Dental

Mountain Empire's whole staff is so awesome. I was very nervous about getting dentures but I am so happy and pleased with the results. Dr. Trevor Lawson is amazing. The dentures are so natural looking just like my real teeth and I'm not embarrassed to laugh and smile now. Thank you so much to all the staff for giving me a beautiful smile back. To the staff up front y'all are so welcoming and sweet.

Dr. Lawson is a very nice man who took care of a broken tooth for me a couple of months ago on very short notice when my PREVIOUS dentist was going to put me off for 2 months. Needless to say, I have a new dentist and a new hygienist!
The office is extremely nice and so are all the people I have met. I highly recommend the services provided there!

Dr. Lawson and his staff are very friendly and helpful. They made my children feel comfortable throughout their visits. We were able to get appointments booked within a few weeks of calling. When you’re at your appointment there isn’t a long wait time to be seen. Dr. Lawson clearly communicates the plan of care and answers any questions you ask.

The dentist and his assistant were very professional yet laid back. They explained to me every little thing they were doing and made me feel at ease and comfortable. I had a tooth extracted and it took no time. I would definitely recommend them and will be back for all my dental needs. Job well done!!

My first visit to Mountain Empire Dental was a positive experience. All staff are friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Adam communicated clearly with me during the X-rays/cleaning and was gentle. Dr. Cagle was friendly and professional. I was in and out of the office in about 1 hour. Very satisfied with my new dental provider.

I've never had such a thorough experience at a dentists office before. I was hesitant when I walked in to a very full waiting room (I needed to go back to work) but I was soon called back and had a wonderful cleaning by Adam who is very kind and was extremely patient having to work around my braces. I was a new patient today and they worked me in very quickly when my previous dentist dropped my military insurance. I'm very grateful.

I have never had such a pleasant experience with a facility! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left! I felt like I was cared for and was given time to address my dental health! Kelly was amazing and made me feel better just by our conversation! Would definitely recommend you all to anyone looking for a dental office!

The staff is very nice and Dr. Cagle explained every step he was performing. The assistant stayed right there with me and made sure I was okay. Had my first tooth pulled, had not been to a dentist in 30 years. They were great!

The person I brought is a special needs patient and Ms Kelly went above and beyond to make sure she had a pleasant visit! My friend was happy with the visit and that her teeth are clean! She has nothing but good to say about Ms Kelly!

I feel more comfortable with my dental hygienist at this office than I have ever felt with any other. She is warm, caring, friendly, open, honest and very kind. Her name is Candice Wright. She is a keeper! *****5 stars

I was spoiled by my previous dentist and went to him for several years. Everyone in the office made me feel like I was the only patient and I was sure I would never find a dentist office that made me feel the same way. But I did! Everyone I interacted with at Mountain Empire Dental was amazing. I felt like I was the most important patient and am so happy to find a new “dental home.”

Exceeded my expectations. Was expecting a routine visit, but... The staff is outstanding! The check in lady really sets the tone for the entire visit. I'd actually like to get to know her. She exudes warmth. The gals in the billing department are competent and quite knowledgeable, friendly too. OK, now we come to my hygienist. 20 🌟 for him. He is 'cruelty ' free! I'm not saying that it didn't hurt a bit. Totally my fault. I don't have the words to describe how grateful I am for his expertise.

Been going here for a couple years to complete a full service on my teeth. It is an excellent location, I've been scared of dentists since I was a kid, but the staff is so friendly and accommodating, they make it a very pleasant and painless (as much as possible, given the circumstances) experience. I highly recommend their services.

I had a crown replaced by Dr Cagle. Everything went very smoothly. Olivia explained details of the procedure as we went along. I am very pleased with the crown which was milled in the office. Amazing!
