Can't say enough good things about this place. Beautiful location, excellent service, clean rooms, great price, pool and hot-tub were very nice and clean, great continental breakfast, accommodating to a later checkout time, etc. The woman that checked us in last night was so friendly, as is the gentleman working this morning. I will definitely be staying here again!

The Baymont Oacama is a true and welcome oasis in South Dakota. While a bit pricey during summer travel, it is worth every penny for the weary traveler.

The service is warm and friendly. I had reservations, so my check-in was speedy and efficient. All staff interactions were warm and friendly.

The nonsmoking king-sized bed was spacious, comfortable, and full of amenities. The bed was outstandingly comfortable, so much so that getting out of bed the next morning was difficult. Amenities include shampoo, soap, and conditioner. There is a bathtub and shower, microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, and coffee maker. There is also free wifi.

Next door is Al's Oasis, complete with gas station, restaurants, grocery store, and bar.

Awesome location on the Missouri River, front entrance is Beautiful, has massive wood beams with carved bears climbing all over it. Rooms are Super clean and the staff is Great!

We absolutely loved this hotel! Where do I start? The Hot Tub was amazing! Jack is the absolute best, he took really great care of us and he’s a valuable addition to your team. All staff were a pleasure to work with. The breakfast was great. Our room was super clean and the beds were FANTASTIC! We stayed four nights and I’m sad to go. We really liked seeing the ducks on the pond outside of our window. The location is safe and convent to Al’s Oasis. Stay here if you are in this area, you won’t regret it! Thank you to everyone involved for making this trip extra special. We appreciate you.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean rooms. Odd setup. Two floors with no elevator. So keep that in mind when booking. Worth the price. Safe area. Next to a cool restaurant.

We booked our room literally an hour before getting to the hotel. Everything was clean and ready for us. Very affordable.

I left my AirPods accidentally behind in the room and they shipped them to me with no issue. I would have thought I’d never see them again.

The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, the staff friendly, and they loved on my dog. Would definitely come back anytime I’m in the area again.

Rooms were not ready, but we were early.
We went next door got some lunch, they had our room done within the hour.
The staff was wonderful.
And the pool was up for the grandson.

Really nice spot to stay with kids especially if on a long drive. Pool was open till midnight. Hotel room was very clean just old. Very helpful staff. Needs updating but is located next to a general store and restaurant.

Best in the area. Actual eggs and sausage and real donuts for breakfast. Rooms clean beds great pillows good. Very nice stop with decent restaurant next door

Jack at the front desk was excellent, very Friendly and welcoming. Room was amazing, super comfy beds and pillows. Everything about the hotel was amazing especially the breakfast tons of options everything was delicious. The pool had a 6 inch section for babies and toddlers that my 1 and half year old just loved, also had a basketball hoop and pool toys! only bummer was there was no elevator but wasn't a problem for us.

Unplanned stopover at this motel at a very busy time for them. They were very accommodating to me and very professional, friendly and helpful. I have suffered a recent injury and have problems mounting stairs. They were able to secure a first floor room for me. I was so pleased with the motel, staff, accommodations and services that i elected to stay a second day.

Rooms were clean and well stocked with basic supplies. We got a 10% meal coupon to use in the restaurant next door. the downstairs rooms have 2 entrances. If your on your motorcycle you can park your bike in front of the back door of your room. The staff was attentive and very friendly. we had a bit of a problem with the shower but the knocked off a few bucks off of our bill to compensate. clean laundry room (.75 to wash and .75 to dry)

We have been staying at the AmerInn when traveling to Sioux Falls, but they were booked. Upon review, my husband had suggested this place. It was a great experience. Especially when you need to stop for the night. The breakfast was marvelous and finding out they have a kiddie pool was a huge plus! Especially with a near one year old.

Easy access. Rooms were clean. No complaints at all..

After looking at and reading reviews for hotels in Mitchell, I came across a review suggesting I stay in Oacoma instead. I am so glad we did! The hotel was extremely clean. The room was spacious enough for 5 people to feel comfortable (in a 2 queen room). It was quiet, even with a full parking lot. The pool was perfect for my 3 children. A basketball hoop for my teenage son, 4'6 max depth, and a 6"-8" area for my 3 year old to play without fear. Breakfast had muffins as big as my face, eggs, bagels, donuts, a waffle maker... anything we could have wanted. I would absolutely stay here again. If you wanted a very nice hotel, but not all the people of Sioux Falls or Mitchell, I recommend you stay here!

Kurt, the GM, was SO wonderful to our family when we abruptly had to find a place to stay ahead of a blizzard. I can’t say enough about the humanity he showed to us. The hotel itself was clean and the hot tub was a bonus. Great breakfast included for Free. Highly recommend and we are so grateful for Kurt’s kindness.

I had two dogs with me, requested a first floor room near the side door, and they were able to accommodate despite being completely booked. Thank you!! The room was nice, clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were great.
