I have been with Becky Ringley - State Farm for years and have had nothing but great experiences. Everyone is always so helpful and resourceful and the communication has been great. I recently worked with Amanda to add home insurance, she was quick to respond and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Recently the real estate assessed value of my home was increased by the county taxing authority. I called Becky Ringley’s State Farm office and spoke with Sarah to ask about how to update my coverage and two other questions. Sarah provided top notch customer service. She took the questions, carefully clarified what I needed to know and told me she would research the information and call me back. In a short time she called me back with accurate, clear information and provided me exactly what I needed.
Sarah is competent, polite and efficient. Her customer service is impeccable. This State Farm office is located in my community serving people in my county. Sarah treated me with respect and is an excellent employee. Highly recommend this State Farm office for your insurance needs.

I sent an email to Becky regarding a few questions, and she forwarded it to Darla. It was no time hearing back, Darla called and answered all my questions clearly and went over my plan with me to fix a few details! Amazing customer service and timing! Extremely impressed!
