New Kent Pediatrics

I have two daughters, we’ve been coming here since my youngest was a newborn. I called NKP after a VERY bad first dr appointment at another office and they were so welcoming, gentle and very loving to not only my babies, but towards me as well. Jenny checked on me more postpartum than my own doctor did, and still continues to do so even now that both of my girls are toddlers. Jenny, Melissa and the entire team has ALWAYS been and always will be like family to us.

Jenny and staff at New Kent Pediatrics are top notch! They are so kind, personable, and helpful. I had to reschedule an appointment and they got me in even though they were super busy, which I greatly appreciated. They all treat my son as if he was one of their own. I highly recommend Jenny and staff for all of your pediatric needs.

We moved here just a month ago and needed to find our son a pediatrician ASAP for his next checkup and every office was either booked or didn’t call us back. Melissa at New Kent Pediatrics got us in so quickly and I am so thankful to her. Dr. Jenny was so thorough with her exam and noticed things our previous pediatrician didn’t even notice. She was very playful with our son and let him explore in the exam room which made him so comfortable. Thank you Dr. Jenny. We are so thankful to this staff and the way they’re running this practice. If you need a referral they get it to you quickly and follow up to make sure you have an appointment. I thought our son had a possible ear infection on Wed and by Thur I had an appointment with Dr. Jenny. Both Melissa’s at the front desk are just phenomenal. This group of women go above and beyond to make sure your child is taken care of. The office is very clean and very welcoming. If you’re considering bringing your child here do it! I promise you will get all of your child’s needs met. Very happy with New Kent Pediatrics and I’m so happy we found a great Doctor for our son.

Amazing!! Staff treated me and my Mom (I’m 17) like family. I have gotten my ears pierced 3 or 4 times in my life and every time I’ve had to take them out because I have had an allergic reaction to the metal. It’s been 2 or 3 weeks since I have had them pierced with plastic and absolutely no reactions! They were even able to do my cartilage piercing. The doctor was extremely thorough of where to put the earrings, inspected my previous holes first, and took her time. Excellent experience, excellent staff, and clean and pretty office. Thank you New Kent Pediatrics!

Jenny and her staff are amazing I love them so much and so does my son. She’s helped so much with him it’s unbelievable. She listens and understands my concerns sometimes as silly as they are she still makes me feel relaxed and comfortable to talk about them. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

My husband and I came in for our first appointment with our first baby ever. New Kent Pediatrics was there for our son in a time of distress. They made the right call when he was in need of urgent care and walked us through the next steps in getting him the help he needed. We've been back for every appointment since, and our baby is doing great. We couldn't be more grateful for the care and expertise that New Kent Pediatrics provides to this area.
