Quality Inn

We were stranded due to blown motor in our motor home. Luckily the Quality Inn had a room for us the entire 11 days we were there. The room was great. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Having a good place to stay made our otherwise unfortunate situation much better to deal with. Thanks guys.

Stayed here during a cross country move. Room was clean, hotel was very quiet throughout the night even though it was booked 100% full. Staff were great and quickly checked us in. Complementary breakfast was free and pretty decent for a hotel at this price point; everything was pre-packaged and clean. Room smelled good and AC/Heat worked well. Only downside was that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but the benefits outweigh this one con for sure.

Very quick check in. Check out was dropping room key in a basket. Breakfast options were good. Room was clean. Bed was super comfy. Moderate price but when you get a room at a cheaper place, do not expect the quality to match Quality Inn. Very satisfied

Would recommend. Comfy bed. Room was very clean. Friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The manager was accommodating when we asked to check out a little late (extra 20 min.). Very convenient location, just off I-90.

Quiet and cumfy. Great place to pull over and sleep when the roads are too foggy.

Great price for one night. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and had plenty of space. Breakfast was included and tasted good. Coffee could be better but otherwise no complaints.

Wonderful experience! We were here for a family reunion and booked 5 rooms. No complaints from anyone, only compliments here! Jill was super nice and extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is from 6 to 9, and everyone was stuffed. A big thank you to Abbi for keeping everything stocked and and not yelling at us when the kids made a mess out of things. Sorry about that. Nice room , clean and bed was comfortable. Got in late but glad I stopped. Not to busy. Lots of parking and hotel had a pool. Free breakfast. Lots of food. Priced reasonable.

Decent breakfast we came in Sunday night about 9:30, the woman at the desk was amazing. She was so upbeat and friendly and helpful, room was clean better than I would have expected for $122 in west SD.

Good price. Allows pets. Room is clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was a breeze. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Easy to find, right off the freeway. Continental breakfast was good. I had called another motel in the area and the person on the phone couldn't tell me what town they were in! The lady on the phone when I called was very patient, my phone service was very spotty. Would stay there again.

I haven't slept this great in a month! Comfortable bed and air temp. Bed sheets soft too. Clean.
There is no elevator but the gal helped me carry up my suitcase with a positive and helpful attitude. It was a great night, so glad I stayed here.

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel as I was traveling back from Arizona to North Dakota, I was very impressed with how clean the hotel was and how professional and friendly the front desk staff were. My room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast in the morning was awesome. I highly recommended this hotel to anyone who’s looking for a good nights sleep in a quality hotel at an affordable price😊

Our previous 2 nights were in Super 8 and Best Western, but this hotel had far more comfortable bedding.
Breakfast was prepackaged sandwiches, but not too bad.
A constant fan option on the AC unit would be nice.

Very happy with our stay. It was a great rate for exceptional QUALITY. lol.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, pool is small and no hot tub but it was still a great time for my 4 and 7 year old. Great hotel for its cost.

The rooms are very comfortable, and very clean. The breakfast was better than most and the selection was good, I am afraid my husband made a bit of a pig of himself. But the best thing was the manager Yevette; she is a jewel! She checked us in late with a cheery smile, and even served the breakfast the next morning. This little motel is a ten!

This last weekend 03-09-19 many of us were stuck on the highway in a blizzard and waiting for a crash to clear. When we finally did we checked in at this hotel. Staff member Jill was there to serve us and oh she did!! Everything there was closed and we were very hungry. Since there were several coming in, she happily opened up the breakfast room and we were also able to purchase a few pizzas that she cooked up. Her positive attitude and kindness were nothing short of amazing. She gave great comfort to a very frazzled bunch of travelers. The rooms were very clean and you can tell the staff really cares about what they do! Great job Jill and great hotel!

Hotel is easy to find and located near a gas station and the exit. The room and breakfast were good, not great, but exactly what I expected for where I was staying. The bed was comfortable (for reference, I like soft beds) and the room had a large mini fridge. Breakfast featured diy waffles, eggs, sausage links and biscuits. There were also assorted pastries, bagels, yogurt, fruit and juice. The eggs were sketchy, but everything else was tasty.

How many things must be wrong before I rate a hotel one star? Virtually everything. The room was not clean. My sister spilled a beverage, and there was more dirt from the carpet than moisture from the liquid. Sink and tub were very slow to drain. Not enough towels. Nice staff, but don't go there.
