I am glad we decided to switch to Verizon. I have great service at my home in Williston now ( with metal roof ) and prices that combat with the economy. Matt was so helpful! The gentleman I dealt with today 2/29/2024 did in 5 minutes with the young lady I dealt with originally couldn't do in 13 months. I was supposed to be credited $800 for a trade-in every month I came in every month she would give me a story and it just never got done. After about 6 months of being given the runaround by this young lady who was working there today, I just gave up I didn't know what else to do. What brought me back into the store was a little while back I heard loud voices coming from front of my neighbor's house during the day and it was this same young lady that works at the TCC Verizon store in Chiefland screaming all kinds of obscenities and behaving like a lunatic .l I don't claim to run this store or own it All I can say is that if this was my store and I was management that's not the person I'd have working for me

Rita was a lifesaver. Was on the phone the night before for over an hour and got nowhere. Went to Chiefland and she had my contacts in a few minutes!! She is a sweet heart and had to give her a hug!

Liz was amazing she was patient with me . And respectful and got me in and out and I love my new phone and Verizon as my new carrier I will definitely come and recommend Liz.

Forgot my apple password and was locked out of my phone. Apple and bestbuy couldn't figure it our but Austin at verizon did and got me back up and running in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much!

Spent 5 hours on the phone with technical support. They were unable to transfer my files to the new phone. Went to Verizon in Chiefland on 09/23/23 and Austin transferred everything as well as clear up some issues.
I highly recommend this store.

Came in and Austin greeted me at the door and quickly resolved my issue. Had a virus with a ad that kept popping up on my screen. Fixed it in less than 3min. Highly recommend this store. Thanks Again!

My daughter and I went in to the Chiefland store so she could upgrade her phone. Rita was on the ball, very knowledgable and efficient as well as sweet and down to earth. Really enjoyed working with her. When my daughter's phone came in, Rita was with someone and so Austin got things started for us and then Rita finished helping us. Austin, also, was very pleasant and knowledable. We enjoyed working with both of them and loved how they worked so well together as a team! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!!! Ordered upgraded phones through Rita for my husband and I also. We both loved working with her!!

I do have one MAJOR issue with the Chiefland store... When I went back to get my husband and I's phones set up, I had every intention of taking my camp chair. The end tables that their decorator calls chairs are extremely uncomfortable! Everyone that comes in comments that they look like end tables. Now I don't have to sit in them all the time but it does take time to get a phone switched over. My gripe is for the employees that have to strain their back because there is no place to put their legs and sit on a rock hard surface ALL DAY LONG! I don't know how they are so amazingly pleasant and focused on their work. Whoever decorated this office needs to be given a desk with no overhang to put your feet under and a small hard table to sit on in their office! I would honestly believe that the employees would have a legitimate complant about work related physical strain or injury. This needs to change for the employees! I understand that the company wants a clean look but it doesn't make the company look good...

The picture here shows the employee's side of the desk and chair. No place to put your legs causes constant leaning/bending or twisting resulting in back strain, etc. Hard "chair" speaks for itself.

Rita was very professional an d courteous. She represented Verizon in a very positive manner. Rita is a credit to her profession and an asset for Verizon. All on all, I am very pleased with my experience at this Verizon office.
