Gulfstream Harbor

I have lived here 1 year and I love it. Right after I moved in the pandemic hit and all amenities closed activities stopped of course no fault of the management they had to. The people that live here most of them are nice friendly but not everyone is going to be happy all the time. Office and maintenance crew are great. When i had a problem with couple of things with my home i called the office and service came out right away and it was not an emergency situation either. The ladies at the front gate are friendly they smile and wave as you come through the gate. I feel very safe living here they also have a Rover that drives around checking each street keeping an eye out on things . As for the lot rent increase anywhere you rent apartment house etc the rent goes up that's what happens. The suggestion i would make to the Sun Company (not the office they don't make the rules )is if someone has lived here 20 years or longer they cap the lot rent to one price. I have lived in many different places and this is the BEST place for me.

I love this entire Community along with the security staff Esther Etc. At the front gate I also appreciate the security and peace of mind it gives my grandparents along with me and the rest of their family members. They're always improving and adding new things. It gives me time to spend with my grandmother. Basically who raised me. Playing bingo I love Gulfstream Harbor. All the staff is great and knowledgeable. The only thing that I would say that they should improve on is. Maybe put in cameras along with higher. A nighttime neighborhood watch associate to drive the perimeters at night. Other than that, I love the amenities. I love that keeps my grandmother safe. And I give the staff the administrative staff and security staff a 100. Thanks Gulfstream Harbor.

A Great Community. Many Resort like features and amenities. Generally Friendly Residents. Management is mostly friendly and courteous with some rare exceptions, otherwise, very welcoming most of the time.
I will post another review again in the near future as I learn more about Gulfstream Harbor.

Very impressed with the houses. Dont let the outside appearance fool you. This houses are huge. Beautiful finishing and great layout of space... Nice touches insides with porch . Modern kitchens. Great place to live.. Lots od things to do. There is no way to get bored. Is like a miny town. Love it.

Beautiful home on the water. With ducks and turtles love it. Community has pools, dog park and activities.

A very great place to live, clean surroundings, tranquility, friendly neighbors, safe, gated community. The operation team are very professional and always willing to help tenants.the sales department team are always willing to help. I really recommend this place.lol

We moved into GulfStream Harbour after retirretiring, we have found that the Residents(inmates 🤣), Park & Sales Office Personal and Park Maintenance to be very Friendly, Caring & Ready to Help how ever they can better than for any of the 55+ Community we have checked into before purchasing here.

I live here and love the place they keep everything up so nice Clubhouse is great have two clubhouses three pools you couldn't ask for fine or Neighbors I recommend it to anybody who wants to buy and live here.

Nice and clean, well cared for and friendly residents. There is a lot to do, you wouldn't get bored if you move in.

A very active 55 and older community. Many things to do period three pools and Jacuzzis. Very relaxed and peaceful place to live

Very well kept over 55 Park. Residents are super friendly. Great place to retire. Close to shopping and entertainment.

this place is awesome a lot of customers always come from this location and we are ready to service with Dine-in 10% discount details at restaurant for all residence in this location hope to see you guys soon

This place is so excellent for senior retired people.The administrative people are so polite kind and accomodative.i gave a five star to all of them.

Just let someone 30 yrs old move in. Dont party dont have kids just want nice area to live.

My parents live there, and everything is good and workers are so careful, good neighbords too

It's my home it's like a mini Resort only thing is they don't fluff up our pillows haha

Nice kind people . park keeped clean. Pool area buitiful.

Nice for 55 and older. Lots of activities to keep you busy
