Amazing place with warm atmosphere! We recently moved to the area, and it was a blessing to find such a welcoming Jewish place. Chaya Rivka is great in working with kids and engaging them in Jewish tradition in informal manner. My 5 year old son loves to come here. All volunteers are also great, and special thanks to Lora.

Great family oriented, especially for younger children. Always willing to help even if you do not have money. They welcome everyone and always make you feel like family. They are not used the secular world which became difficult for my son who is in the gifted program and always had homework. Outside of that, they are fantastic the Rabbi and Rivka...true hearts of gold especially if you are paying members.

This Chabad is open to all. I did not think I would ever be allowed to study with them. They accept all who want to learn. Think about it where can you study the Tanya with a Chasidic Rabbi? In The Chabad of Venice you can.

My wife and I moved to Venice FL because of health issues. We are not shy and financially comfortable, but starting life in new place was not easy and search for friends was challenging. Then we met Rebbe Schmerling and slowly, but surely Venice became home. Shabbat dinners at our new friends' homes , attending great lessons at chabad house and most importantly becoming integral part of loving and caring Venice Jewish Family. Rebbe Schmerling effortlessly combines both European and American sensibilities , deep knowledge of all facets of Jewish life , but most importantly he is man of great sense of humor and boundless love of a fellow Jew. Venice turnout to be not just a great help in improving our health , but thanks to chabad of Venice became our true home.

Cannot share enough incredible things about this place. It is run by the most amazing & special family that is ALWAYS there when you need them. Truly one of a kind and so thankful for them!!! Best of the best!
