What a great experience I had. The food was amazing The flavors were right on everything came out hot and delicious. The cocktails were poured perfectly, The staff was fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about this place except I will be back many many many times. Tonight was Fettuccini Alfredo with Chicken... The best I ever had...

On a rainy, chilly Sunday night we ordered Asaro’s through Uber Eats. My husband and I shared a Caesar salad and a 10” gluten free meat lovers pizza. Both were absolutely delicious. It was super easy to order on the app and as far as I could tell, everything was available just as if you were dining there. I will say I used Google Maps to see a detailed description of the pizza items, but that was easy enough. I highly recommend this spot!

A friend of mine had a party and asaros catered I was blown away by the taste of the food and couldn't wait to actually come here to eat. Tonight we came to dine in, the wait wasn't so bad about 10 mins they also take reservations. We started with mozzarella Caprese salad The cheese was fresh with hints of basil it's good for 3 people. Bread was fresh and delicious. We had chicken Marsala, chicken Parm, and Tortellini Della Nonna all three very good!! My son got a slice of pizza and it's by far the closest thing to NY pizza. The restaurant is split into two one side restaurants and 1 side a pizzeria so you can order slices and pies

This was a little find alone our trip. Delicious food everything a Italian restaurant should have tortellini, ravioli, spaghetti baked pasta on and on just fabulous.

Becoming a regular here... Have tried a few different things here including desserts. Staff is always friendly, helpful & attentive. Work your way through the menu... I'm just getting started.

Will return, great spot off Laurel road exit 195, 75. Ask for Lisa at the bar, tell her I sent you ;) recommend the Veal, Chicken or pasta dishes. people seemed to enjoy the mussels.

Excellent take out experience. Enjoyed a glass of wine while waiting. Sausage, mushroom and fresh garlic pizza was delicious - just like I used to get in Long Island :-)

My husband and I moved down here a year ago to live in paradise. We were so lucky to find such delicious pizza at our local Italian restaurant, Asaros! I love that it is family owned and run. In addition, the hostesses are fun and polite, and the bartenders are gorgeous, fun, and very courteous. I've read 2 recent reviews about the pizza counter that have given me pause. I have grown to love each of these special persons behind the counter, and they are all lovely people! So, to those who want to insult these hard-working souls for not smiling at them when they pick up a slice...get a life!

Had lunch the other week and enjoyed the outside dining with friends and good pizza! Service was good even if they only had the two servers waiting both inside and out. If you are going out you need to remember to be patient as restaurants and other service based businesses are having staffing issues. Be thankful for the ones that show up to work and serve us as we enjoy eating out. Food was hot and fresh and again service was at it's best for the situation. Thank you for being open and for showing up. Five stars to team Asaro's Nokomis Location.

I have ordered multiple dinners from Asaro’s and always enjoy the meal. Tonight I ordered a veggie pizza and it was fabulous. The vegetables were perfectly cooked. The restaurant is very efficient and the food was ready when expected. I can’t wait to “eat in” at their lovely restaurant. FYI the cannoli’s are addictive. 😋

This place is an absolute hidden gem! Went for the 1st time today and tried a slice of buffalo chicken pizza and garlic rolls. Holy delicious. Glad I gave it a shot. Crispy thin and oven fired pizza! Amazing people too! I think it might have been the owner, but he cared a lot and talked to me. Made me feel very welcome. This will be our new go to pizza spot moving forward!!

Pizza is excellent, and the staff is pretty great even when the place is packed and carry out orders are high. The atmosphere is too loud for me personally. However, it's a typical pizza, bar vibe, so it is expected.

This is our "go to" restaurant for a casual meal with friends. I can't tell you much about the food as I always get the same thing--gorgonzola salad with chicken. It is so good. The restaurant can get very busy and the wait staff do their best to serve you, but there can be a wait. I think the restaurant would benefit from some acoustic renovations.

Delicious food, courteous staff, prompt service. We had calamari, the Asaro’s Special Pie and the Spinach Chicken pizza. All had great flavor and the envy of our neighbors who got salads 😉. The seating is somewhat awkward with tight spacing of table and you’re sitting right next to other groups of people but it was still enjoyable. Easy access to their parking lot but exiting was a little complicated. Definitely worth it. Will return!

They have the BEST Italian food!! They make it the way it should be done!! Pizza OUTSTANDING! Eggplant Parmesan homemade. I can go on and on and every dish we ordered was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! There hasn’t been one dish that we didn’t enjoy. GREAT FIND !

Let me start by stating everything we have eaten here has been wonderful.
We come all the time for pizza. This is our go to place for NYC style. Every variation we have tried has not disappointed. From the plain up to and including a special request anchovy and onion pizza.
We have eaten multiple times in the dining room. We especially enjoyed the rigatoni with sausage and broccoli rabe
Stuffed flounder was very tasty Their daily specials are worth a try If you are looking for good authentic Italian cuisine this is the place.
What makes the experience best here is the staff. The entire staff (pizza counter, wait-staff and servers ) are pleasant and provide excellent service that makes your visit enjoyable.

We were greeted very warmly. The place is extremely clean and all tables sanitized. We are vegetarians and let me tell the pizza they served us was amazing. I never knew egg plant tasted so well. I will 100% recommend this place. Thanks for your amazing food and warm hospitality.

As someone who moved from NY to FL a few years ago, Asaro’s does everything right. The food is delicious and a super friendly staff. Thank you guys for FINALLY showing Floridians what real pizza and pasta actually taste like!

Delicious local pizzeria. Stopped in with my son for a quick lunch. We were seated and served right away. Staff was helpful and friendly. He got a big bowl of Alfredo and the pasta is so fresh. The personal pizza was delicious, straight from the oven, and enough to share.

Calamari was the best we've ever had in all our travels. No sauce needed, although they provide a great marinara if you want.....it's great on the garlic knots.

We ordered veal Marcella and veal Francesco. Portions were generous and you have the option of various pasta types with your choice and a small lite salad and bread are included with your meal.

The best way to have your pasta served is with your selected dish sauce versus traditional red sauce.

They have numerous daily chef specialities, an extensive wine list and liquor availability.

Dessert menu sounded great, but we were too full to order any.

We have ordered take out pizza and salad from Asaro's about 4 times. Pizza was always delicious and kept us. coming back. Last evening we ordered a pizza and when we got home and opened the box it looked delicious! But when I took out a piece I saw it was burnt on the bottom. We still ate it as we were very hungry-just ate the toppings off and the toppings were great!
