My husband and I used Mark Delaney for a commercial loan and we were very impressed with the services that he and Crews Bank & Trust provided. We have used at least 8-10 banks in the past and Mark and this bank beat them all. There had been a slight error in some of the initial paperwork and Mark and his staff got it rectified very quickly. Wauchula State always goes above and beyond and I have been with them since I opened my first account as a child. Ms Nettie Blum is the best! She is an excellent loan officer but more important she is an advisor and friend to everyone. She has answered many questions for me, loan related or not, as well as made all of my dealings go seamless. I appreciate all of her help and knowledge.

Enith Mata was really nice. Really attentive and polite with us and everyone arriving. She always welcomed customers arrived and told them that she or someone else would help them as soon as possible. She is a great customer service banker. Definitely the best!!!

Her persistence, attentiveness, professionalism is at the top. However most important in my opinion is her genuine happiness to work with your needs or wants.
