Small store but lots of inventory. Best part of my experience was the friendly and helpful staff.

Had to get a key made and was promptly greeted by a friendly lady. She guided me to the device where keys are made and was introduced to the other friendly man who made us a key. I highly recommend this clean location

This Ace is the place. The go to spot to find about anything I need for projects. Plus they have a selection of things I don’t need but find a way somehow to end up in my garage/home. Jerry is great and always able to help me.

Great selection of stainless steel bolts, nuts, screws, washers and such. Their prices are very reasonable. I definitely will recommend them. They were recommended to me by a friend also.

Really nice store with a friendly and helpful owner & staff! I love a more small-town feel and I'm always greeted when I walk in and asked if I need help finding anything - which is so much better than the other big name stores where you have to track people down. I've usually been able to find what I need quickly, and if they don't have it in the store, they can always get it shipped in.

I love this place. Someone always asks what they can help you find. And a big one for me is, they don't talk down or mansplain to me. They treat me like a knowledgeable adult. I don't always get that from the big box stores.

Ace Hardware on Jacaranda Boulevard in Venice lives up to its name … the folks who run the business are the ones who can make it or break it. Chandler and his well trained men and women make my visits easy and friendly. They always have what I need , the aisle where it is situated, and more often than not, other options that might meet my needs as well! Great products, great atmosphere, and great folks make Ace Hardware on Jacaranda the BEST!

Great location and helpful staff. It's a smaller store and I was pleased to know that I could order items as well.

We purchased a chain saw and the staff were very knowledgeable about the saws, and made sure our warranty was set up & the saw was in great working order before we left the store

Chandler and his team do a great job...friendly, knowledgable, helpful and full of good advice....truly the "helpful hardware men" (and women). My "go to" place for project assistance and products.

John at Ace is AMAZING!! I had created a problem of a stripped screw and could not move forward with my project until I got it out. I made 3 separate trips (fortunately we work in the same plaza) before John offered to walk down and see if he could help me get it. Within 5 minutes he had it out and was on his way back. YOU'RE MY HERO! And new favorite ‘neighbors’. Thank you, John for all your help, and Ace for being so conveniently close!

I've been waiting for years for a local hardware store to open near me. I go to this Ace all the time and they always have whatever I'm looking for. The service here is spectacular!

Great place to purchase hardware and always have a person to help you find what you need. H.D.& LOWE'S are no longer helping you find things you need.
That's how they put all the Mom & Pop's out of business. ACE IS THE PLACE.

Lot's of items you wouldn't expect in a small hardware store. Staff was very helpful. Convenient location.
