He made my very difficult wedding ring to fit around my antique style diamond shaped engagement ring. Later crafted a gold band to add to the set. Also, hand made my husband’s band. My brother used him for his wife’s engagement ring as well as his band. Highly recommended!

Best and finest jeweler in the area!

We were looking for a good jeweler in the area we could trust. Our friends referred us to John Soos. We had a lot of changes we needed to our jewelry. John was patient and professional. He has completed some of the work and we are really satisfied thus far. He is a perfectionist and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. He is also fair with his pricing compared to other local area jewelers. We will continue to seek his services for our jewelry design needs.

I had to add that Jeanie is John’s wife and they are a great team. She’s very nice and personable. They are both very professional but also have a warm and welcoming demeanor! Thank you too Jeanie for being patient and personable even when the store seems to get busy, you stay courteous and sweet (and thanks for having a bowl of chocolates and extra goodies)!!!

Wanted to add a follow up to my original review as we picked up all the work John completed for us. He is really more like a jeweler magician! I don’t know how else to describe what beautiful work he is able to envision and then accomplish. Saying he’s a jeweler doesn’t seem like enough… Not only is his work perfect but also better than I imagined! I had multiple pieces that laid around in my safe for years as I was never really a fan (a few were more sentimental in value as they were family heirlooms), but not much to my taste.

John did his magic to create pieces I absolutely love. He disassembled and combined and when it was all done… I now have a collection that I love and simply wish I could wear all at once! They are all my favorites now! They went from a dark corner of the safe to shine like beacons of light in a sea of treasures! Thank you so much John and Jeanie! I am proud to have a top class quality collection and especially lucky to have a top class jeweler that made it so!

Soo’s jewelry is the greatest. The owners are very respectful to your needs. They keep within your budget and offer you the best solutions for your jewelry decisions. I’m had my ring reset and it turned out perfect. I will be adding a few more diamonds as soon as this storm settles down. If you decide you need a jeweler they are certainly the ONES. Thank you

Best watch repairman hands down!! I went to a flashy jewelry store and they stated that my Carl Suchy watch could not be fixed. Soos Jewelry fixed it in 10 minutes!

My wife lost a diamond out of her wedding ring but luckily she found it. Went to this business because of the great reviews. Met the owners which was a husband and wife team. Two hours later the diamond was back in place and the ring looks new again. What a great experience with this business!

Just went there to get an estimate for replacing a missing diamond on my wedding band, in about 15 minutes and $50 later, my ring was fixed. Absolutely amazing service and price. Thanks!!

I've been to quite a few jewlers in Venice and Soos is the only one I really trust. The work there is exceptional, from simple tasks to complex execution is precise! I recently brought in two rings to be transformed into one engagement ring. The final result was far beyond expectation. Several options of merging the rings were drafted on the spot, all creative designs; the final one chosen shines brighter than the diamonds themselves! Couldn't be happier!

So happy I found John. I brought my wedding ring in for cleaning and to be sealed. My ring look.s better than new. While I was there I found lots of cute earrings. Prices are great, and service is beyond EXCELLENT

Absolutely love this place! They are a great couple and he knows what he is talking about! The jewelry is very unique and great quality! When he does a repair he fixes it right, not just to the bare minimum for very reasonable prices!
