Corey was excellent. Explained everything to us. Very pleasant! Showed us pictures of the problems on our air conditioner and sent me an email as well. No pressure what so ever which made me comfortable.Corey came back the next day on time and did a super job. There was mold on the equipment. He cleaned and removed all the mold looks like new! I would highly recommend him to anyone with issues with your air conditioner.He knows what he is doing!

Corey arrived on time as promised. He was excellent and very professional. He serviced my AC System for $47 and provided opinions and recommendations to protect me from power surges. I am going to share my experience with one of their technicians, Austin.
Austin is the best technicians that my husband & I have dealt with and we have dealt with many. Austin is very knowledgeable and very thorough with his work. You can tell that he loves his job & his profession. He takes his time and explains everything in a way so that we can understand. I am happy that Best employs people like Austin.

Today I got the estimate for the work I needed on my tub faucet. The gentleman who came was very nice & respectful. He was fast & efficient. He also gave me advice on a couple other things & brochures on home water filtration systems. His name is Nick Noel & I will request him to come back to do the job he gave me the estimate on. Looking forward to having everything fixed & working properly. Thank you Nick!

Donny came and gave the best service I have ever experienced with a blue collar professional. He worked with me and assured the installment would be finished in a professional and timely manner. I am blown away by the service he gave. I would recommend him over and over again.

I am interested in a new farm sink for my kitchen and a new faucet. Nick was punctual and courteous. Very knowledgeable and gave me multiple price options for parts and labor and combinations of each. Also talked to me about water filtration system for the whole house AND show me the water quality report, which was truly-opening!! He was informative and not pushy. The shop was in a bad place first thing in the morning, no lights! Can't do work without lights! Chuck came about an hour later and was ready to get to our core problem. We had two other jobs for him to do once we got out of the woods with the lighting! Great guy! Friendly and knew what he was talking about! He did an awesome job at an awesome price! Austin was great. He came out to look at my AC that kept shutting off. He was very dedicated and stayed until he figured out why it was doing that. He fixed the problem so we could have cold air, and assured me the technicians would come out to replace the piece that was malfunctioning. He was very nice and excellent at his job.

We called this morning for a plumbing issue and an hour and half later Jason came. Gave us an estimate and fixed the problem. Jason was very polite and knowledgeable about the issue. To him it was a simple job. We appreciate the fast response and service and would use them again.

Excellent service and interaction, took the time to listen to our concerns regarding our drains. Explained to us exactly what the current problem is and what needs to be done to make the proper repairs. Sam is a awesome service technician. Best Home Services should be very proud to have Sam representing their company.

Chris & Todd were excellent. Was blown away by their work ethic, professionalism and just all around kindness. Appreciated their attention to details as well as their willingness to explain everything. They did an amazing job!

Justin was very professional. He answered all our questions, made suggestions and recommendations; we purchased a whole house surge protector. Not something we've ever talked about buying. Price was right and it made good sense to install the protector. Financing was available so we signed to have the work done this week. Security cameras will be installed around our home and the newly screened porch will have new fans and lights installed.

Justin is a good man and very professional about his work. He enjoys his work and tries to meet the needs of his customers. He is also knowledgeable about the electrical needs and explains all the other services available to the customer through Best Home Services. He wastes no time in getting to the problem and explaining options and with his ipad is able to send and get needed information instantly. Don't lose this worker!

I appreciated the fact that they were available on a Sunday. Nathan sent me a text and a phone call to let me know when he would be arriving. He was courteous and you can tell he has a great knowledge when it comes to electrical problems. I look forward to using their services in the future.

Probably one of the best, most professional person I have ever come across. His main job was to replace a 35 + year old faucet on a utility sink that had no desire to be replaced. Not only was it replaced but it now works better than before. I won't hesitate to call Best Home Services for anything that needs repair.

Marco and Steve (from New Jersey) installed our A/C unit today. Never have such a fine pair of gentlemen helped us so expertly. They each were knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We are so happy that we chose Best Home Services and that they sent us their two finest.

He understood that it wrong that I was charged a fee of $89.00 to “analyze” why my new A/C System purchased from his company for $12,500.00 did not function.
Furthermore, he understood why I was hesitant about any future purchases.
