Nick started working with us a long time ago as we tried to figure out our next living situation. He was always patient, professional, and informative. When we finally were able to do something, he was there again for us! We got a contract in days and moved in 45. It was a whirlwind experience in which everything clicked and turned out perfectly. We cannot say enough great things about Nick from the Flerlage team. We are relocating from the grey state of Ohio to Venice, Florida. Every house we walked though they were prepared not only with the printouts on that house and local comparables, but also had a wealth of knowledge about the community and the builder or issues with repairs that neighbors had experienced.
