I’ve recently moved nearby but have used UPS for many years. This location has an amazing staff. They were a tad busy and this young lady - Katie provided one of the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. She clearly provided options and addressed my needs promptly. Thank you very much Katie. You’re a rockstar!

This location gets busy, but even when it does, you can ALWAYS count on Katie to keep her cool, handle every transaction accurately, and keep things moving as quickly and efficiently as possible. Katie is a ROCKSTAR!

I wish there were more stars!!! I have used the services at this store for years, and am never disappointed. Fillipa just helped me with an Amazon return, and chased me out to the parking lot, because I forgot something! Katie and her staff are amazing! See you soon!❤

Katie, UPS’s representative at the UPS store on Beville Rd. in Daytona Beach, Fl has helped us twice this week. She deserves a monetary promotion as she is friendly, professional, efficient & proficient.

Every time I come here the girl with the glasses(not sure her name) is always such a joy to help with shipping and always aims to get you in and out in a timely manner

The UPS Store on Beville has the nicest people. Katie & Sofia two of the sweetest young women worked with me on a large shipment, helping me figure out the best possible way to send my package. Their time and concern they spent with me was exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this UPS store.

I had to go to this location for fingerprinting for my job. There was only one woman working, Felicia, and she was wonderful! There was a line all the way out the door, and she still managed to keep everyone happy with her amazing demeanor and spectacular attitude. What would have been an aggravating experience was definitely changed because she was so upbeat, calm, and collected, even though she was handling so many customers by herself. 10/10 for Felicia!

Nick did an excellent job helping us package wedding attire for our family shipping clothes etc to Scotland! He was patient, thorough and stayed cool under pressure of people waiting patiently for us to finish up all the customs and other paperwork involved! Nick is a total asset to your business!

Great staff! I use them for printing needs because they are reasonable and fast! I make my own flyers and banners and get them in a day or two!

Very quick and efficient service, very conveniently located near to my home.

Your rates are far cheaper than USPS and your employees are nicer

Another location that I should have reviewed over a year ago. I come here for all my shipping needs and Amazon returns. I love seeing Katie, she's incredibly nice, knowledgeable on everything from Amazon returns to urgent overseas shipping, and very fast. It's like seeing a friend! Clean store, always found parking available.

Only went here one time, and it was super busy in the second week of Dec. 2021, but they took care of my package to be returned to Amazon in a jiffy. The employee I had that serviced me was efficient, friendly and professional. Showed me QR code to be scanned, and they took my package to be boxed and shipped. Thankful to not have had any issues at this UPS Store location. Plenty of parking spaces in the plaza as there is also Publix and Seven Bubble Tea.
