Came here for a late night sweet, the woman working was very friendly and very helpful! I got the salted Carmel pretzel and it was so tasty!! Definitely will be coming back next time I’m in town

Absolutely delicious coffee here. We stopped in after the Atlanta Braves Spring training game for a latte. The beans they use are absolutely delicious! We didn’t try any ice cream. Sorry but I can tell you their coffee is out of this world delicious!💫

Fantastic little ice cream shop with much more. Only stopped in for a quick cone but the staff was friendly and helpful. Ice cream was a hit with my girls as well. Hoping to have a chance to try them for lunch.

Back again on 1.2.22, best Chilli and slaw dog in many years! Owners are great people as well, love this little shop for a treat.

Brought my kids in there for ice cream after an amazing dinner at Leone's next door and the owners were so friendly and the homemade ice cream was delicious. Family fun atmosphere I wish I would have bought a carton for the freezer! I'll definitely be back.

Took my granddaughter she tasted 3 flavors before making her decision. I had sugar-free vanilla with caramel in a cup it was awesome and my granddaughter had cookie dough and a large waffle cone and she loved it would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped in the area and was treated to some artisanal Amish ice cream. Many flavors to choose and some I’ve never seen before. We were able to try out a few before making my decisions. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had food offerings as well; like hotdogs and burgers, sandwiches etc. However the cutest thing was seeing how the owner was dressed as big Olaf himself and made my little nephew very happy. Great place for a kids ice cream birthday party with a magician etc. Wish there was something like this near my home.

Love this place. I have stopped a couple of times and the place is adorable and the owners very friendly. I love their ice cream (lots of flavors). I plan on trying their their coffee and other items they offer. Hope they do well. Like to see a local business succeed.

I patronized Big Olaf's while in the area, and my experience couldn't have been better. The folks there were friendly, and fast with my coffee (and they kindly obliged my request for a weird, single-shot Americano -- and offered some smiling conversation, to boot!). Likewise, the restaurant itself was clean and enjoyable, both on the quiet, shady patio and in the spacious dining room (don't see many coffee shops with a grand piano parked in the corner). I broke out a packed lunch, and sipped good, organic coffee while reading a good book and watching the world go by -- wonderful! I had no problems during my visit, and would gladly return.

I love everything about big Olaf’s. I had a breakfast sandwich and it was amazing the eggs were fluffy and perfect my hot chocolate was better than any where else and super chocolatety and the ice cream was just perfect. The owners are super nice and I only have good things to say. Amazing and will definitely be coming back more

I had a demicious muffin and a rich espresso. The ice cream and sandwiches ordered by other people looked delicious, although I didn't try them, myself. They have a piano and I am a pianist, so they allowed me to entertain for a few minutes. Lovely experience.

Great selection of delicious ice cream. Friendly people and Welcoming atmosphere. Great, flavorful coffee! They have my favorite coffee, Death Wish. Their location is in the best spot between the City on the Gulf and Northport and I-75 and Englewood. Ya'll are awesome. Keep it up.

We stopped by on our scooters and enjoyed a great Afternoon Delight (coffee/espresso ice cream) and a black cherry ice cream in a waffle cone.

Big Olaf is my wife and I’s favorite ice cream, sandwich and drink stop in Venice. It’s a small family run business with a new and fabulous owner.
The ice cream is hand made by Amish communities in Sarasota, with a creamy delicious 40 flavor option.
Perfect for kids, adults, and everyone to come together; sit and stay, or run in and out.

Cute shop with good coffee. Ice cream looked great, as did their other items. Will give them a try eventually. Just mainly looking for a decent coffee place still open at 4PM. This works.

Clean, Fun & Comfortable space to enjoy many flavors of icecream. The coffee is always fresh & the owners are super nice. A little gem of a shop.
