CHAZ 51 STEAKHOUSE

We celebrated our good friend’s 65th birthday tonight in the lounge. We made reservations and the tables were all set up together; they added glitter down the center, and had a birthday card for our birthday girl. The staff was accommodating and were fine with our bringing in a cake and candles, and then delivered them to our table in style. Tammy was our server and she was fantastic. She took pictures of our table of 15, and the photos were spot on. She made sure to include everyone in the photo as well as making sure that we had any photos that we wanted. The atmosphere was both quiet around us, (we could hear each other talk), yet festive at our table and everyone had a fantastic time. Best of all, the food was great. From the Happy hour specials to the dinner menu entrees ordered, it all was delicious. Everyone was happy with their selection. All in all, a night to remember. Thank you Tammy and Chaz 51. This may well become our group birthday go-to!! Highly recommend for a group special occasion outing!!

We had a lovely first visit to Chaz 51. The coconut balsamic was delicious on the house salad. The Key Lime Martini was amazing!
Two of us had the Filet and they said it was some of the best steak they have ever had. Finished up with the white chocolate bread pudding which was phenomenal!
As others said, it's not a quick meal, so go with friends and family and enjoy your time together.

Laid-back dimly lit restaurant with great happy hour. Really reasonable prices on many great appetizers. The Tuscan chicken Flatbread was fantastic. There are happy hour drink choices, including beers, wines, and mixed drinks. We will be back ASAP.
We went back 2/22/24 for drinks and snacks. Sean S.(in photo)was behind the bar. Sean made sure that everyone was entertained and stoked with drinks. He made our time there so much fun. This is exactly why we go out. The experience left us wondering when Sean is working, so we can see him again.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! I visit my dad regularly who is a resident of Venice and we have dined here about 5 times now.. the Food is excellent! Beef Wellington is my personal favorite.. the buttery pastry, pate, meat.. melts in your mouth! The service is awesome, especially our favorite server Tammy.. :) She has the BEST personality.. she has a way of making us feel like family.. she has knowledge of the food/business and my whole family loves her. She goes over and beyond!. Yes we come back for the food.. but Tammy is just an added plus in our eyes.. I highly recommend this restaurant if your looking for great food, great atmosphere (they have an awesome lounge) and excellent service! Shout out to Tammy for always making us feel at home here. See you all in April :)

Excellent bar experience on Friday night. Amber took great care of us. We had a few drinks and a couple of appetizers. The lollipop lamb chops with the peppercorn brandy sauce were amazing, along with the mussels. Instead of live music this Friday they had two local artists who were painting while we were there which was such an unique experience.

Just came back to Florida and wanted to take my wife to a very nice romantic atmosphere to eat and have some wine. Had the mussels and the tomahawk steak. Absolutely fabulous and very very flavorful. The ambience was very soft and romantic. Met the chef and he is very well knowledgeable in flavors to combine with his food!! He is all about making sure his quests are taken care of and satisfied. I will honestly recommend this place to anyone for a good date night!! By the looks there is plenty of room to house larger parties and events.

Went during happy hour sat down right away, got drinks pretty quick also. The bread was fresh! For the appetizers we had beef Wellington Caesar salad and the crab cocktail which was all delicious. The main course was the chaz 51 ribeye with a baked potato. It was one of the best ribeyes and baked potatoes I have had. Every bite of the baked potato wasn't dry. Tasted like butter throughout. No words to express how good the rib eye was, cooked perfectly, the taste was 🤌🤌🤌🤌. I definitely will be back!!

We had a gathering of about 30 people tonight. Our food was all great! But our waitress we had was on point!! She was the best! She had made our enjoyable evening 100 percent more! Her name was Tammy dark curly hair and the personality to fit us equally thank you for having such a great person working at your restaurant!🥰

Chaz 51 provided unique high end cuisine, exceptional service, and fun atmosphere! The sangria had the prefect blend of flavors and was the best I’ve ever had. Their complementary dinner rolls were my favorite. They had an excellent texture and melted in my mouth. The steak was high quality and cooked perfectly. To finish, we ordered a crème brûlée which was wonderful. While dining we also enjoyed the live music. I would definitely recommend this hidden gem and will be returning!

The best happy hour around! The bar staff Thursday night, Michele and the new trainee, Jason, I think was his name, were wonderful. And Chef Charles even accommodated my request for the ahi tuna appetizer with no peppercorns, thank u again Charles and wonderful to meet u. Chaz 51 is our new favorite!

Always reliable. The food and the bartender was great. I wish they had music the night wr went. They usually do bit on this evening they had 2 ladies painting. I really didn't understand how that added to the atmosphere. Nothing against them personally.

Pleasantly Surprised!!! Pixie dusted our table, Anniversary card, gifted dessert, from greeting to leaving, Staff went above and beyond!! Food was literally 5 star delicious and 5 $ price point quality and presentation!

A pleasant surprise considering it’s located in a strip plaza. That also means plenty of parking! An upscale fine dining establishment offering a good array of items. Pretty cool piano lounge featuring live music and a special menu. One of the few establishments offering corkage service for a $25 fee. So you can bring a special wine if you want. Full service bar and a good wine list. Our server was friendly and efficient. The pace of service was just right and the food very good. Will be checking the piano lounge someday.

Came in with a party of 6 on New Years Eve. We were seated quickly in the lounge area. Amazing menu, service and cocktails. From start to finish, we were impressed! Filet was mouth watering and perfectly medium rare. Caesar salad was the best I have ever had! Everything was cooked perfectly and drinks were fast and cold. We could see all the staff working very hard! The night finished with a free champagne toast from our servers at the end.Thank you Chaz 51 for getting 2024 started off right!

Our scallops, appetizers and steak were all excellent. We request our server Tammy every time we come. She is fantastic.

Love this restaurant. Everything was fine. I was not very impressed with the French onion soup. It lacked flavor, but I don’t like to judge because it could’ve been an off day. I would recommend this restaurant highly. Someday I’m even going to try the lounge which had beef Wellington, which I would love to have had.

I just discovered Chaz51 on FB after someone posted about their Summer Special and boy was I impressed. We had the 3 Course Meal - Chaz Jerk Chicken and Broiled Salmon. Portion sizes were ideal and the flavors were "on point". Observe in the pic the Caribbean Fishbowl cocktail drink...it was perfect! Huge recommend and I'll be returning before the Summer Special expires in October 😋🔥. The only thing that they may need to "tweak" is the time spent waiting for one's meal. This is definitely a Venice Steakhouse treasure.

This place is amazing! Best steak I have had in years! I went to an investment seminar and had the ny strip. It was cooked to perfection, it melted in your mouth! The salad was very fresh with fancy lettuce. The dressing tasted homemade and let's not forget the bread pudding dessert! AMAZING!!!!!

Food was excellent. I had an appetizer as the main dish, Salmon sounded good and it was! They gave their potatoes an funny name, but they were still good.

High praises for their lovely, personable, and professional German hostess, Renata (sp?). She provided our party of 6 with a table in the seemingly packed lounge area so we could enjoy their happy hour menu and entertainment.
Brendon, our waiter, was friendly, funny, and provided spot-on service.
Both Renata's and Brendon's service, alone, warrants 5-Stars for Chaz 51.
Besides the service, our party was also very impressed with the quality of the food and cocktails, along with their price-point. Thank you Chaz 51.
