Prime Cut Steakhouse

First time here to Prime Cut. The restaurant is ain a little town of Lyons Georgia. This place is very clean and has a separate bar area. The service, bartender, and hostess were very polite. We even met the owner, Tony. He was very helpful with the menu. Started with an appetizer of smoked pork belly. Then we had the tasting board. 4oz of aged NY Strip, 4oz Filet Mignon, and 4oz od Coulotte. The sides were asparagus and garlic mashed. This meal did not disappoint and I would recommend this restaurant.

The dinner rolls are nice and soft. The truffle fries are out of this world! I had the salmon over creamy lemon and garlic sauce. It was all very tasty! The salmon was nice and pink and had a delicious taste, but just slightly over cooked. The staff was very friendly and I love the decor of the place! Definitely worth visiting!

Absolutely amazing Steakhouse! I recommend the Ribeye with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the Bacon Mac and cheese!! ( Mashed potatoes not pictured bc I'd already ate them)

What a great place to enjoy a night out with my bride for Valentine's day. The Elk steak was awesome. They practice Covid-19 safety and I would not hesitate to go again. As a visitor it's obvious they've got a great local following. Keep up the good work?

Three hungry ladies after working on a weekend just need good food at late in the evening. We were the last to be seated and there... we found it, great food from appetizer to fresh brewed coffee and dessert with very good service. 👍

It was our first time visiting tonight, needless to say my dad and I were blown away by the food and service! We shared the pork belly appetizer and the surf, turf & air entree. They were both AMAZING, and waitress was so nice and took great care of us. We can’t wait to come back!

I had a blast with my daughter on my birthday there. Food and drinks were great, and so was the service.

Wasn't expecting this little gem when we were on a road trip. We searched along the route for food in maps, but this did not show up. Stopped at a traffic light, I look over and see this place. A Saturday night with no reservations, they took us right in. With the exception of being out of Brussel sprouts, the food was delicious and the service was good. I marked it on maps so the next time we are there I will remember this place!

Excellent steaks and chicken dish. The server was attentive and friendly. A real find!

Generally I do not go to steak houses because I generally can choose and cook a really good steak. I must say that the New York strip was incredible. Cooked exactly as I ordered and required no sauce. The atmosphere was great and service was very friendly. We didn't have a reservation and we were seated almost right away. Would recommend to any steak lover.

We tried a little bit of everything for lunch and it was absolutely delicious! Great atmosphere and staff. Really surprised to find such great cooking in such a small town ! Will definitely be driving back for another visit .

Absolutely delicious! The atmosphere is casual but elegant. The service was great and the visit from the owner himself at the end of our dinner was a good way to know that he is more than just financially invested in this great restaurant! Dry aged and wet aged steaks were my choice and both were excellent! A little pricey but quality doesn’t come cheap! The nicest restaurant within 100 miles for sure!

We met friends from out of state at Prime Cut. We picked the right spot. We were seated exactly at our reservation time. The food was fabulous! Ken was our server and was top- notch. He made sure we had what we wanted. We weren't rushed to leave even when they were ready to close and we were just sitting talking.

One of my favorite places to eat in the area. Staff is always attentive and friendly, steak cooked perfect, everything I have ordered seems fresh. Prices may be a little more than some other places but you pay for what you get.
