One of my favorite places to shop when I'm in the area. Their manager, Allison, is amazing! She's always so friendly and welcoming, and she really goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone is happy. She has excellent style where I fall short so always helps me with accessories and coordinating my next outfit purchase!

I am giving this store a 5 stars because they're welcoming, kind, patient, and helpful! I love working with the girls there, they are what I say. Their store is always kept neat and orderly. On top of the sales in the store, I have save more with my rewards + email coupons. I have been coming here since earlier this year, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Whenever possible definitely stop here and you won't be disappointed, you'll find a ton of cute stuff for all the girlies!

flew in for my best girls wedding & United lost my luggage! stopped by to see what was in store & was immediately greeted by the manager, Allison, who not only helped me find the most PERFECT dress, but so many other cute pieces!! Had a great experience at Fran’s at the outlets! As soon as i arrived i was greeted by the Manager Allison who helped me put together a great fourth of july outfit (while staying within my budget!). The store was so organized and clean, will definitely be stopping in again. Thank you Allison!

This store is always so well organized and has so many cute clothes! Not to mention the whole staff is very friendly. The shop was geared to younger ladies but they also had some cute gifts for babies and weddings.
