I've been eating at this restaurant for several years. I eat breakfast here every time I am in this area. Clean, friendly and great service!

Very clean place with lots of variety on the menu. I love that they have a pork sausage alternative, chicken sausage, because I don't eat pork. Prices are very reasonable.

Place has great pancakes. The breakfast sandwich on a Kaiser roll is the bomb. Would suggest to any one in town look for a good home breakfast.

Stopped in on our way to Daytona Beach and the food and service was amazing and the prices were awesome! Great breakfast spot! All the adults loved their food & the kids loved the mouse shaped pancakes! Highly recommend.

I have always loved coming to this restaurant. It's by far my favorite pancakes and the best biscuits and gravy. Service was great too.

First thing you’ll notice about this little place is it’s spotlessly clean. Look into corners and crevices and you’ll find zero dirt. The owner must be former military? Next thing you’ll notice is decent quality food at a reasonable price. Upon talking to the waitress she said the owner is very conscious of the current economy and is trying hard to keep his prices down.

Food was hot, fresh and prepared well. I did a to go order but the service at the counter was still friendly. The portions are also plentiful and the prices are fair

Having breakfast at Koffee Kup were among the greatest I've ever had! The gravy was delicious, and the biscuit was flawless. Both the food and the coffee were excellent. I have also tried the delicious smokey and juicy steaks. It includes toast, home potatoes, and eggs. It taste soooo good. Absolutely my new favorite location. The staffs and the area was also commendable. Can't wait to go back!

Great food, very comfy. A little pricey but all breakfast places are that are not buffet all you can eat.
Wish there was a Golden Coral in Daytona. 😪

Amazing breakfast...excellent service. I had the country breakfast...2 eggs, 2 sausages, homestyle potatoes and two biscuits smothered in gravy. Eggs cooked perfect...all delicious. I will be back next time I am in area.

Great place for breakfast,...food is great and large portions..(Western omlet and "the Mess"). .great staff too.
