Riverview Forest @ Lake Eufaula.ALABAMA. Is A GREAT PRIVATE SUBDIVISION.

This little private gated community really feels like home. It is a nice quiet residential area right on Lake Eufaula, with a private beach and pier. The people are friendly and it is only about 20 minutes from Wal-mart and other shopping in Eufaula.

My wife and I love it! We made our first visit and was taken in and we gladly purchased our Forrest cabin and are looking forward to making many wonderful memories there!

Very friendly gated community. Super nice community. And beautiful place.

Was looking for a place to put a large metal building and was ready to purchase lots but found out RVs are not allowed even though my RV would only be there a few days a few times a year. Also, found there is an HOA fee which is fine but didn't see anything but bathrooms and a dock which I wouldn't use because I have a boat. I guess there was a community center. Place may look great someday but my RV would look better than a lot of the existing properties.

Their roads suck. Never close & lock gate. Why pay dues if your not putting it back into the community?? Things need to be repaired, looked after. Place is going to hell..

If they could get a better secretary that didn’t ball up your letters to the board an throw them in your face, then it would probably be a decent place to live.

This place is beautiful. Ive lived in Riverview 18 years. If the HOA would do their job and keep the roads fixed and cut grass it would be a much better place.
