They was as helpful as could be. I was in and out in half an hour with a new phone. Didn’t have to even use my whole noon up. Only drawback is not open every day but it is understandable.

Always available to help. Worked through the best route to get a new phone that was only a few months old and just stopped working. It was dropped and the shock from hitting put it in and on/off reset loop and then shut off permanently. They did the best they could to get everything off of it but ultimately had to politely inform me that anything not backed up or stored would be lost. I’d also have to reinstall many apps do to this product failure. I wasn’t destined to have the green one I guess. They had the Midnight 14 and I was due for an upgrade, so… Thank you Haleigh and Christian!
