IHG Army Hotels Gavin House

For the the price this is a 10/10 room was clean, cute, and nice sized it’s the size of my room at home love. I’m adopting a cat and this is the best way to introduce him to my dog I was sick in the walls are pretty thin. You can hear what’s going on next-door, so I feel bad for my neighbors cause I was coughing all night. I didn’t like that you had to go to a whole Nother building just to get your room key but I saw on the site that there was a gym and there’s no gym

Thank you for a wonderful experience at Gavin House. Our first night there we went looking for a vending machine to get some water bottles. A very nice worker directed us. Unfortunately the machine did not have any water bottles available. On the way back to the room we ran into him again. He asked if we had found it. I told him yes but that they didn't have water available. Since it was late I told him we would just go out and get some tomorrow. He was very nice and brought us 3 water bottles😊 Thank you for making sure your guests are being taken care of.

I was there May 26 - 29, 2022 with family. Our room was clean and comfortable. Bev, Clara and Jolonda were wonderful both at the Gavin House and at Breakfast. Our Driver, Darryl graciously drove us around on the base. Angela S., Reservations, and Sara D., Front Desk, were very accomodating and very helpful.

Love this place. The staff was very courteous, and super nice. I recommend it to anyone it’s pet friendly as well👍👊I’ll be back for sure.

The rooms was clean & comfortable. They offered a kitchenette which was separated from the bed room. Bed was so comfortable & air conditioner worked very good.

Me Beverly was a wonderful surprise when we arrived she was extremely helpful and kind. Fantastic customer service skills that showed thru her entire staff.

My wife and pets totally enjoyed our stay at IHG Army Hotels Fort Benning. The Housekeeping Service was outstanding.
