Very good food and prices. Employees very friendly, polite. Couldn't be better.

You can find good fish just about anywhere, but if you want great fish, try Big Chic in Roberta, Ga. Their two piece catfish fillets cooked crispy with green beans and fries as my sides is my go to whenever I visit. It is seasoned so well and tastes absolutely amazing!!

Exceptional customer service! Delicious food from good Christian southern folks! The restaurant is clean, tabletops are clean and the personnel is well dressed.

Great experience the food was cooked too my liking and it was freshly cooked because they was out but cooked more in a timely manner.

My granddaddy took my grandmother here years ago. She talked about how good it was. Grandaddy passed. Been years since she has been here. We drove her an hour and a half to eat here again. Well worth the drive. The staff was phenomenal. 100 health inspection and definitely best fried chicken in the southeast. Highly recommend.

The sweetest, friendliest, down-to-earth staff you want to encounter went out of their way to serve us a hot, delicious meal cooked to perfection. I don't know how they knew this was what we needed after a tough week but it was great service and a truly wonderful dining experience. Thank you so much Team Big Chic♥

We like their food but we always ask for them to fry their french fries & okra for a few extra minutes because we love it that way! We have done this with every single order we get from their (which is always over $50 cause we have big family!!)
They fix my food just how I asked them too!! So yes I'd say give them a try if you have never had their chicken or burgers give them try!!!

Amazing food. A little pricey, but worth it

Delicious juicy burgers. Chicken strips are great recommend to have them drop them down for a few extra minutes so crust stays on. Crunchy on outside juicy in center. Ladies that cook and run the counter are sweet and helpful as well.

Best chicken in ga!! They will make you get under a shade tree.

Chicken is light golden brown, even when near closing time, kept that way by fresh cooking oil more often than competitors.

Food is hot, well prepared and wait times average. You can call orders ahead or use drive thru. Staff is courteous and willing to substitute menu items to accommodate patrons tastes.

It's been a while since I had big chic and this location did not disappoint when I took my first bite the food hit my soul to those watching I was doing a happy dance to my own embarrassment but this food hit every spot that I was wanting it to hit from a chicken restaurant

Best chicken sandwich money can buy. I'd take one of theirs over chickfila anyday! Try the loaded fries, you couldn't get any better!!
