Sleep Inn Columbus Ft Benning

Very lovely place to stay. There are good and bad. So I'll start with the good. When we got here, the lady that was working that night on Nov 02. 2023. Was amazing and got us checked in. Breakfast was good waffles, fruit, muffins, and more. The room was just right. The only downside was that the refrigerator doors were blocked by the lock but were still able to use. We booked from Nov 2-9 . But we needed to extend our stay for another week. So we have to move to different room do to are 2 queen bed room was booked out. So I'll have to give another review on the king bedroom. There also was a time I called for more toilet paper, and the lady was rude due to them being full the night prior she told me to come to the front to get it. I would have gone, but I was not dressed at the time. My husband ended up going. But the fact is don't put a sign on the front. Counter saying, call the front desk for anything.

My room was very nice and clean. My bed was absolutely wonderful! I do not know what kind of mattress they use but it was great on my back!!! I haven't slept so well in a long time. And your staff was smiling and friendly. I appreciated their efforts to make me feel welcome.

Pretty decent rooms. Nice lobby. Outside pool (Seasonal), serves breakfast. Good staff. Carpets have drag marks from trash or spills. But over all nice.

My room was very clean and nice I received fresh towels when I need more housekeeping was very nice as well I received great service from miss Lala all the way through my circumstances of just having a baby she was very concerned and made sure everything went smooth for me and my husband in the military and I appreciate that very much if I had to stay here again I would most definitely

Great place to stay. Staff was above and beyond. Devon the young man on duty when we arrived was awesome. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was good and everything was clean and organized. We will definitely make this our stop over place in Columbus. Thanks to the staff.

We were surprised by the very pleasant check in, lady gave us good suggestions where to go for dinner. Room was very clean, we were so happy after our bad experience in another hotel almost 2 weeks ago. Clean and comfortable bed. We will definitely use this hotel again when we're traveling.

Traveling through here from Florida to Tennessee to Arkansas, stopped here because the price was good. The room seemed great, plenty of pillows for the two queen beds. Not many towels initially, but more were easily acquired by asking. Comfy beds, clean floor. Will stay again on my next drive through.

We stayed here as my son was graduating from Ft. Benning. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers were very friendly and accommodating and even helped provide information for local transportation. Great customer service! The property was clean and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for our access to Ft. Benning.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The accomodations were comfortable & the staff was wonderful. Very clean & modern.
The location to Ft Benning made it perfect for our short stay.
I would definitely stay again & recommend to anyone visiting Ft Benning.
I have to add, if you are looking for a place that serves a big breakfast then this is not the place for you. My priority was mainly the location; close to Ft. Benning.

We were having trouble finding a hotel that wasn’t a dump like the one we were in, I talked to shay and she was able to find me a room on the first floor that had two beds in it and soooo much space in it. We were able to check in one day sooner, and we were so thankful for that.

Nice and clean up staff is friendly. I have no complaints.

Clean room. Comfy bed, one of the cheapest rooms in the area. Staff is super polite, free breakfast! I loved my stay here.
