He also doesn’t allow parents to disrespect each other in his courtroom which I appreciated the most because the children remained the priority. I’m so thankful for the outcome. Judge Foxman, was nothing more then professional, honest and fair in a family case I had several years back. Not only with the outcome, but in the handling with the case. He sees right through liars, even if it was coming from the attorneys of all parties involved. He genuinely sought for the truth, and spoke up when the truth came out. Straight shooter, regardless of the many threats hurled at him. As someone who puts their life on the line as a profession everyday protecting people as I do, I'd do the same for this guy!
