Dr. Gaskin is the absolute best. Shes precise and listens. Very professional. The entire staff makes you feel at home. I would give her 20 stars if I could.

Wonderful doctor she Actually listened to me and what my needs are. Very polite and understanding plus the girls at the front desk are awesome. GREAT DR OFFICE

Why do they ALWAYS make your appointment for one time but u sit n wait for OVER a hour just to get ti room n see the doc

Staff is completely negligence. They are rude disrespectful over the phone and in person. They've lost my referrals several time's and refused to see me after i fell down the stairs. Told me to go to the hospital and see a chiropractor did both then when i finally seen pain management because of course they didn't send my referral! They were like i can't believe your doctor told you to go to a chiropractor and didn't give you anything for the pain. Extremely unprofessional a.Vall or Victoria the black receptionist that claims she's a nurse didn't and won't take responsibility for her actions or in my case no action! She's rude nasty mannered and shouldn't work with people. She has zero people skills! Because of her I'm switching primary. As for Dr. Tina she will never be respected with a staff like she has.

Dr. Gaskin is intelligent, knowledgeable and (seemingly) caring. However, either she did NOT receive my numerous requests for a call back regarding my test results or she chose not to....either way, I was really upset. As well, some of her support staff needs a refresher course in patient bedside manner. I chose to change my primary care physician.

Completely unprofessional when speaking on the phone. Abusive and negligent with patient care. Dismissive and unwilling to accept responsibility for mistakes made by office staff. Claims to be the "patient representative/advocate" for the practice without any regard for true patient care or professionalism.

MOST DISGUSTING PHONE EDIQUETTE. DEMANDS YOU COME IN FOR A REF TO AN OB WHICH DOES NOT REQUIRE A REF!!!! NEVER HAS !!! LOL THEN REFUSED TO UPDATE MY INSURANCE VIA PHONE DEMANDED THAT I MAKE AN APPT TO UPDATE MY INS INFO. IF THATS NOT THE WORKS OF AN INS SCAMMER IDK WHAT IS. BE CAREFUL HERE YOU GUYS
