CrossFit Diehard

Just finished my 100th session with CrossFit Diehard and got my patch!
This a great CrossFit Gym led by WORLD FAMOUS coach and overall nice guy Barry “BozMan” Boswell.

The gym offers plenty of space and lots of classes. From early morning 5:30 am classes to late hours 7:00 pm classes.

The workout are well structured. Your typical class is divided into strength/olympic weightlifting and a WOD afterwards.
We do cycles of about 3 months.
Once or twice a week you have endurance/cardiovascular
If you attend classes all week you’ll end up working every single muscle group every week, including your endurance.
No matter what level you’re on you can complete any workout with modifications and scaling to your fitness, strength and ability.

The coaches are great, Haley, Kariann, Louisa and Morgan offer as much help as you need to modify and adapt the workouts according to your ability, fitness and strength level.

The gym is always clean, the equipment is always being changed, old used weights are always being replaced, rusted old barbells are always being exchanged for new ones so you can keep your expensive gym clothes rust and dirt free.

The people here are wonderful. From the Boz to the coaches to the crossfiters. You really feel like you’re part of a community.

The gym offers challenges thru out the year to keep you motivated and engaged to achieve your fitness and health goals.

I’m the fittest I’ve ever been since joining Diehard! I feel strong and have accomplished so many fitness goals. I love coming here.. it’s my happy place. I absolutely love the people and my coaches.

I dropped into this gym and super impressed with the quality of coaching and equipment. People are so friendly and gym is nice and clean. I felt so welcomed, definitely going there every time I am in Daytona area!!!

CrossFit Diehard really lives up to its name. Dropped in for a Saturday class (which happened to be a partner workout) and got put through a hood one. Instructor was knowledgeable and gave clear directions. Certainly a place both veterans and people new to CrossFit can get a real sweat on, especially in the Florida heat!

Dropped in here a few years ago. Smaller space, but a great staff and there was room for me in class as a drop in. Cool swag too if you want to pick up a t-shirt while you're there. Probably one of my favorite t-shirts from a drop in.

Boz and Jess were great at making us feel welcomed into the community right away!

This gym is paradise! I was a member in 2022 and I moved to St Augustine last summer. I came back for a workout while I was in town and it reminded me why I didn’t want to leave. It’s a great place to zone out and go hard (or diehard 😉) If you’re looking for a gym to start your fitness journey or find another gym, give it a try!

I've been going to this crossfit for 5 months and since I got here it was super sick and the vibe was cool so I stayed here. All the coaches are great and the music is great too! 100% recommended and they got some sick merchandise as well. Overall it's been a super cool experience, so stoked to have found this box! Thank you guys for everything!!

Trained in this Box for Three days during my visit to Daytona Beach during Christmas holidays, really enjoyed the class, great coaches (Boz, Haley), great team, equipment, really good location, close to Speedway, fantastic equipment, really easy drop in system and good pricing. Congrats!

Awesome gym. Super fun workout. The coaching staff was fantastic and made the workout really fun. Fire playlist too! Definitely be back for sure.

Dropped in for a torture session.

This place is what you’d expect when looking for a good crossfit gym! It has a great community feel to it, the coach I met was knowledgeable and approachable, but not scary at all! classes begin on time and you progress through warmups and the workout in a timely fashion, but it does not feel like you are being rushed in and rushed out. Also the range of athletes goes from Taco Bell enthusiasts to cyborgs, so most people will fit in just great regardless of your fitness level! It felt very friendly for newer cross fitters and gym goers too!

The gym is in a large warehouse, with a ton of equipment and space. As long as you are not looking for an immaculate, posh, gym experience, it should be just fine!

It’s definitely worth trying atleast once if you are looking for a gym, and I’d definitely recommend it for a drop in, especially at the price point!

I’ve dropped in for the last three years when in town. Absolutely love this place. Great for new CrossFitters who need a little coaching along with the advanced ready to push themselves!!! Highly recommend

Most people think of Daytona as the World Center of Racing. Little do most people know it’s home of the best CrossFit box, CrossFit Die hard. The coach Jessy challenges Rich Froning for competitive knowledge and skill. Truly an experience. If you are in town, swing on by for a die hard experience.

We dropped in while visiting Daytona for the weekend. Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff, fun workout and all around great atmosphere!

CrossFit Diehard was an awesome experience. We are from CT visiting for the week and found this gym to be extremely welcoming with knowledgeable coaches. The members were super welcoming as well with a great workout! Will definitely be back!

Great facility and very friendly coach! Would gladly workout here again! (maybe during winter months ;-) )

10/10 super friendly staff, we stayed for open gym and everyone was super accommodating, let us play music and use what we needed. Definitely recommend and we will be back whenever in the area!
